Router reboots , Netgear CS is terrible!!

Netgear customer service is soo terrible! Although my router was replaced about 3 times and I had to call them and hold for hours and repeat my story to about 15 different representatives my issue was never resolved. I know on my end there was nothing wrong. I'm not a novice, I followed their troubleshooting steps and the router issue continued even after 3 replacements. I gave up on it when I invested in a different router and it has worked perfectly fine! I've had netgear routers before so I'm not saying netgear products are all bad but this model however was junk to me and the customer service is terrible!
