I was looking and this modem had everything I needed plus some. For the price I didn't know what to expect but it really blew my other modems I have had out of the water!! Great range and speed!!

I previously had a Qwest DSL router/modem and switched to this router/modem. It was very easy to setup. We have also noticed faster speeds with this router/modem -- especially when streaming video.

This brand of router was recommended to me by a tech-savvy friend after my old router of 8 years stopped working. Setup was a breeze (for someone who has very little experience with the technical side of technology) and it has worked as expected since I started using it. Would recommend.

I read the reviews prior to buying this router. I don't have ATT UVerse or Century Link, just plan old DSL from ATT so I thought I'd give this one a try. The set up of this router was really easy. I just followed the directions an was online in less then 5 minutes. The range is good.

This device is very easy to set up and comes with the necessary network cables to make it work. The wife range capability is broad and its very robust. I would recommend it.

This Netgear wireless dual band DSL modem router does everything I need. It is faster than my old router and the dual band is a great feature. It was a little more cost wise than I had planed on, but worth the money.

I still have DSL because it is much more reliable in my neighborhood than cable. So I hadn't upgraded my router in about 5 years due to the lack of options. Thank you NETGEAR for providing an new upgraded DSL router! Works great, easy to set up and heads above my old one.

This N600 router replaced one that was not working satisfactorily. This one works great. Set up was easy. I just followed the on-screen directions. I did call the printer manufacturer's tech support in order for the printer to work wirelessly. No problems with this router. .

I had an old AT&T modem/router combo and I figured it was time to upgrade. I asked the Best Buy employee which would be the best thing to upgrade to and she recommended this one. All the specs looked pretty decent and it happened to be on sale, so I bought it. My wireless does seem to be a little faster but not as fast as you would think, given the fact that the old router was from ATLEAST 2008. My biggest issue is that the Best Buy employee said it would work with AT&T service. What she neglected to tell me was that in order to make it work, I'd have to bridge the NEW router to the OLD router. The service WOULD NOT WORK without bridging the two routers together. I even tried calling AT&T and they were no help after they realized I hadn't purchased "their" router (which is a NetGear that is one step behind this one, for almost twice the money). If had known that I'd have to bridge them, I probably wouldn't have bothered buying a new one. But I'm lazy and didn't feel like driving to the next county to return it. $120 lost for a tiny, tiny speed up in my wifi.

Purchased after my phone company DSL router was damaged from a storm. Easy to set up with automatic set up directions soon as I hooked my computer to it. Twice as much range as my other DSL router - covers the whole house and all the surrounding yard!

I was tired of paying Comcast for monthly modem rental so this modem/router was the perfect solution. Easy to install for a non-techie person. The most time-consuming part was having to call Comcast to have it recognized for my internet service but NetGear had all the necessary info very clearly markd in their instructions.

It was very simple to set up with centurylink and the activation. Have had zero (no) issues with it. It also allows me to have my video games systems hardlined for connection. I would recommend this to friends

Was told by many that this unit is compatible with AT&T. While this might be true, I found out that this unit does not support AT&T's U-Verse internet services. This information came from AT&T and Netgear. It is compatible with slower DSL internet speeds. Once I found out that it did not work (which I researched before opening it up), I promptly returned it in it original packaging with wrapper intact. If you have DSL service that is compatible with this unit, purchase it. I decided to return this unit and decided to purchase a Netgear cable modem (which has a broader range of companies you can obtain service from). (Hate to lease a modem. If you lease a modem, check the year of the modem. Odds you have a older, slower unit yet still paying lofty prices. Exercise common sense and independence and set your self free with owning your own modem!) Had contact with Netgear's service department. They are friendly, attentive and well informed.
