It meets expectations. However, the part that really impressed me was how easy it was to install the hardware and get it working!

had spoty coverage in my apt. this makes good signal everywhere going through a lot of walls/corners so far well worth the money

This works well for a secondary signal in our home. We needed an extender and it makes the signal strong in the areas it was slow.

I bought this range extender to replace a cheap $25.00 unit I had been fighting with for more than a year! I finally bit the bullet and spent the extra money for the Nighthawk. It was worth every penny over the cheapo unit I had. No more constant resets. No more fading out. Now I have wifi all over the house and property. Easy set up also.

I was having a bit of trouble with the speeds from my internet service provided router and wanted (well, really "NEEDED!) more speed. I did my research (and had some wonderful prior experience with Netgear's products and was, perhaps a bit biased!) so I bought the Netgear Nighthawk. Installation was VERY easy, and everything was "up and running" in what seemed like a few short minutes! I am totally satisfied and recommend this product!

Purchased the Netgear EX7000 - AC1900 router to extend a wifi network where it connects to a Netgear R8500 - X8 "monster" wifi router. I upgrade the firmware on both and I have had no issues whatsoever. It is a nice addition to a large office and reception hall. No problems with laptops, phones, streaming video, etc. on the wifi network.

Great extender with dual banded capabilities. Easy to set up and put in service. Now my wireless connection stays connected.

Took a little more effort to get setup but was probably due to my existing router not letting it connect. After everything was setup I now have strong wifi all through our 3200 sq ft house and 50 to 75 feet outside of the house in all directions. This is a good product that I recommend to others.

My house is big and some parts had dead spots but after buying this, there are no dead spots now and all devices work great

I've had it for a month now and this device gives you the signal strength you need of you have a large home. You do have to make sure your router is at least 8 ft to get the best out of the extender. Remember, if you set your internet router on ground level where do you think the signal is going. Other than that it was easy to set up,too .

Great product. Have had a hard time getting wifi in the back part of our home for cameras and music, but with this extender i have had zero issues. Strongly recommend.

I like this thing so much I went and got a 2nd one for my office. Easy set-up and more importantly the set-up went/responded as it should per the instructions. Thus I set it up on the 1st attempt, unlike a Range Extender I worked on for 8 hours and then exchanged for this Access Point. The extra money is well worth the time savings.

When i bought this i wasn't sure it would do what i needed, but it was vert easy to install and powerful. As soon as i turned it on and programmed my information into it, it hook right up to my system and the dead spot or just weak at times in my shop outside my home where my WiFi is located was very strong now and i received great signal.

Super easy to set up and configure. It was easy to connect all my devices to it and the range easily covers my whole house. This was, by far, the easiest wi-fi system I have had to set up. I have Windows 7, Windows 10, and Android devices connected. Previously, I have had trouble trying to get Android devices a valid IP address.

Have 3400sq ft 2-storyhome. Had installed cameras but needed range extender to connect. Apple product highly rated but could not reach. Have multiple cameras, TVs, computers, devices all streaming high definition video. This device has the range and bandwidth to handle the range / bandwidth. Easy to set up; reliable.

Read the instructions and set up this extender within 10 minutes. Works great with my Nighthawk R7000 AC1900 router.
