This router was an upgrade from my previous set-up and improved my DL speeds by 30%. Ping and Jitter remained the same but are well within limits that make all my smart devices work well. I even have coverage to that last bit of the house that was spotty before. I have 3 smart TVs, 4 tablets and 2 laptops and 4 smart phones, and the home is single story, 3000 sqft.

Easy set up, app for easy access, far superior to those supplied by internet provider

We purchased this so that we didn’t have to rent a router from the cable company, and it has saved us hundreds of dollars so far. It is very easy to set up, and I am thrilled with how it works. We haven’t had any issues with it for the service. I would definitely recommend this product for even the most non-– tech savvy persons. You will be happy with your purchase.

We’ve had this for a while now and I love how quick and reliable it is. The only time we’ve ever had connectivity issues, we’re quick to start blaming our equipment and then get an update from our provider that there’s an outage in the area. We are just so used to having shotty equipment, but not anymore! I would definitely recommend

If I had only known how easy and amazing my results would be by upgrading to this router: I would have done it much sooner. I know results can vary depending on your internet provider but our home went from 25mbps to over 160 mbps just by upgrading to this NetgearAC2300 router. Also the signal strength is better throughout the entire home. We are very pleased with the improvement.

The unit works as advertised! I’m very happy with the purchase. The only problem I had was with the set up which involved calling the internet provider—-not a good experience!

I upgraded my Wi-Fi router from an old e4200 router to the nighthawk and don't regret it at all. I have at least 4 phones connect via 2.5ghz and no problems what so ever, each device gets perfect signal throughout my house. The set up for the nighthawk was simple and fast. The nighthawk app is great and easy to use, of course for more settings on the router you can visit the routers website.

Having done my research we decided to get this model router. Our old model was the 2300 and worked until the storm blipped it and it stopped connecting. The router works out to the box great. Side note: I thoughtI had to individually connect every device & tv again to the new router. Don’t! After setting it up, I logged into my iP and there is a tab that will allow you To check mark the devices to allow it to connect to. Also, it comes with a new wireless password but I just switched it back to the one we had so my visiting friends & family didn’t have to do anything. The ONLY negative I can see about this is the antenna’s. My old one was just a square black box, very thing and didn’t draw attention to itself. This one has 3 antennas and because its sits just under my hanging tv, I have to look at against a light colored wall. Maybe they should start making home in the same color the Arlo Netgear Base color, which is white so it doesn’t stick out as much in a room. Otherwise, no fear, find a good price and if its one Best Buy matches, grab it from them. Their technical help is spot on!

I needed a WiFi router that covered all areas of our home, without interruption. The NETGEAR nighthawk-AC2300 performs flawlessly, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall one of the best routers I had for the price. Thing is definitely a workhorse since it has no issues with all the streaming and video gaming I do. The app is also very handy since it literally tells when whenever a device logs into the network for the first time. I recommend it highly.

Very happy. Fairly easy set up and covers the whole house well. We were able to get rid of the booster that was the only way to get signal to the back rooms upstairs.

Nighthawk AC2300 Paid for itself, my internet provider wanted to charge a monthly fee to use their router. Our house has a large living square footage, I thought for sure some part of our house would get weak signals. Thanks to the nighthawk my speed is consistent in our entire house. The technician for our internet provider was amaze at the speed of our internet.

This is a high function, high speed router that works great in my split level home. I have many devices hard wired to it (my preference) plus the usual collection of phones, tablets, and other devices connected via wifi. The admin interface makes things easy to setup and configure. I would buy again.

Great router. I have 100 mbps internet service and every speed test is at or above that speed. The only issue I have is when streaming on 2 TVs, the other devices start lagging and have even disconnected completely (all connected Wi-Fi). My previous internet provider supplied the router and never had this issue.

Moved in with relatives and needed to improve the wifi there. Need to be able to have a few people streaming. But most importantly, needed signal strength in every room. Didn't want to go the repeater route. This did the job. the wifi system there was old. Couldn't get the speed out of the old router as it was too old. This did it.

I purchased the Nighthawk AC2300 improve the Wi-Fi in my home without the need for the extender that I was using. This router has nice features and now I have a great signal throughout my entire home. The Nighthawk app is useful to monitor your devices, internet speed and WiFi settings. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had to replace my old wifi router because of a weak, and constantly dropping, signal to a new outbuilding in the back yard that needed internet access. It was super easy to setup and get running, and now I have 3 of 4 bars showing on the wifi icon and, overall, webpages open faster, and streaming videos from Hulu & Netflix load so much faster and don't stop or stutter anymore.

It was easy to set up, busy getting the 5g to work was a tad difficult and I eventually gave up! But other than that it works great...

The Nighthawk router does what it says. Good coverage area and it’s fast. I really like the Netgear app. It made set up easy and I like the speed test function. I also love that it updates firmware so easily. The only thing I don’t like is the large size of the unit and the brightness of the lights, it makes the room glow at night
