Great 2in1 wifi modem, would have gotten 5 stars if the app worked

This modem can handle the traffic from all my devices much better than my internet providers equipment. Easy set up and configuration. Unfortunately, I have had continuous issues with the internet connectivity to the 5g channel. I can connect to the modem, but it would say I have no internet. They are sending me a new modem today. If I hadn't received a defective unit, it would definitely be 5 stars.

This Router is kind of pricey but it’s worth how reliable it is. We had not problem setting it up and we are happy with it.

We bought this because I wanted to be sure we were getting the full internet speed that we are paying for. Plus, renting a router/modem ends up costing more over the course of a few year contract. I would have given it 5 stars, but we had a few hiccups getting it going. We had to contact customer service and they helped us through it, but because of the few hours I had to invest j knocked off a star.

Honestly my previous surfboard router was better. This one drops connection frequently, the app is horrible to try to navigate and/or troubleshoot, and I don’t seem to get the speeds from my isp that I thought I would with this.

Went from a Zoom DOCSIS 3 to this modem, was like night and day. Had constant dropouts and and issues with the Zoom later on in it's working life, but this one is another set it and forget it. Also had to get this as refuse to use xFinity supplied and paid for leased modem with fee. Also didn't like the idea of phantom Xfinity Wifi hotspots being used without my approval on equipment I was leasing, no thanks, will use my own. Awesome speeds and great bandwidth for the Roku Ultra's we have!

Definitely increased my wifi range while also giving me a better modem. While it is expensive, I think it is worth the money as it eliminated by internet consistency and overall range in the house. the dual band was also appreciated with all the smart home devices I am currently using. I had better reliability when streaming and gaming on Xbox live and Steam on PC.

Easy to connect. Feels like has a wider range than my previous Wi-Fi Router / Cable Modem

I have used the ISP's router and modem until I decided to purchase my own because I was experiencing several connectivity issues and slower speeds. I researched and can to the conclusion this will be the combo for me. This is actual my second of the same combo because the other one went out. Had the chance to go with a different one but had to stick with this on for the hard work it puts out.

Got this due to a need to upgrade to a docsis 3.1 for Xfinity. Was difficult for me to get everything connected but I got the help needed from Netgear. Replaced an Arris I had for a month. It is a much better product. I was hoping the range would be a little better for the cost. It was much larger than I expected when I unboxed it. I would give it five stars if it had been easier to connect.

Currently runs 11 different devices at a very high speed connection. No lag in services!

I can finally stream upstairs! Easy set up. Like the 3G 5G choice

Got this to replace a previous model that died somehow. Works fine, not as easy to set up as i thought. Had issues with it connecting to internet- may be a comcast problem, but once up and running i am happy with the speeds. Still cannot reconnect a few of my wifi devices to it.

This is a great router. I bought it as a replacement for my leased xfinity router modem. Works much better and everything connects faster I feel. My LG smart tv used to connect to the internet very slowly but no more. Set up took a bit of time for me but I did figure out how to do it. Easier to follow the setup via app.

Great product I get wifi connection 3 houses down from my router. A lil bulky but worth it.
