I'm giving this 5 stars, because I really think it's a Cox issue and not the Nighthawk. This is the 2nd Nighthawk that I have owned and I usually love them. This one though isn't giving me the full 1G that I signed up for with Cox. I'm getting around 50Mgs. Way low. I only have the Smart TV, iPhone 13 Pro, and my Laptop running on it at the same time. My previous one that I had was a 3.0 and over 5 yrs old, so Cox said that I needed to upgrade it to a 3.1. I did, but still the same outcome, if not worse. I do recommend this though, since I'm pretty sure it's the Cox service and not the Nighthawk. It is a breeze to hook up. Make sure that you call your service to add it to it as your dominant device. Other than that, it's pretty much plug and play. I would recommend the Nighthawks!

Maybe I’m missing some information. Because the device doesn’t seem to have 5 g . I haven’t had time to fiddle with it but I wish they would make the simple essential function directions prominent on the box

Router keeps dropping in and out of the internet connection. Had the old model and it worked perfectly. Thought I would upgrade for faster speed. With the new Nighthawk intermediate interruptions keep happening.

I haven’t had any problems with my modem/router. It had been a long time since I had purchased one & was struggling to understand all the changes/features. I would certainly purchase it again bc it was a good choice!
