Decent product - too expensive

I can tell a difference; however I have an incurring issue where one of my devices will not connect to the WIFI network. Overall, a decent product.

Worked until it didnt

Easy to set up and worked great for 3 weeks then started to crap out for hours at a time. It did it the first two weeks once and the last week two days in a row and the last time it kept saying it wasn’t connected. Ultimately returned it and the same brand range mesh extender and went back to xfinity. I wanted a better system but this netgear one didn’t get me any better than the basic xfinity Wi-Fi

Retailer is the problem

If I want to have a 30 day return policy I need to buy a membership now. Also the fact that my “reward zone” points no longer accrue or get earned, why? Because I don’t believe a store like Best Buy should be a membership store to earn basic benefits.
