Not hard to activate and works as expected I am pleased with this product

Set Up on desktop was not so easy as older models. I have to used smartphone first to set up connection. The computer could not recognize new cable modem.

Solid signal for WiFi. I don't even need extenders. I definitely will say, to take full advantage of it pushing 1GB+ out it, make sure you get yourself an better ethernet cable, else you will being doing yourselves a disservice with this as your modem/router. Would definitely recommend! Definitely works great with a smart home!

I would have thought for the money I paid for this thing that it would have been a much better upgrade from my 6 year NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900, C7000 DOCIS 3.0 Cable Modem Router. There's not much difference. It's supposed to cover larger area than my previous router but it does not. I am going to keep it only because It's the newest technology and is time to upgrade. Also I hope firmware updates will resolve the issues it has with Wi-Fi. Ethernet ports all work very well but the Wi-Fi 6 is not the consistent.

Netgear is the best. This is no exception. They are top of the line!

This would be a really nice router if it had more features in the settings. One of the biggest cons though is it's Wi-Fi 6, not Wi-Fi 6E or 7 now that that's around the corner.., Honestly wouldn't recommend It's pretty expensive for what you're gettin so just look at something else because there's nothing this router does that a cheaper Wi-Fi 6 router/modem combo doesn't do. The range isn't really amazing its better than most but it's still just average, we have 1750sqft house it covers all of it but there are still areas where 5Ghz will not be able to make it. The 2.4Ghz is powerful and hella long range but the auto-band or frequency switching feature sometimes doesn't work, and your left with the ole no internet connection error. its also terrible if your gaming and your PC decides to switch bands mid game.

Very reasonably price and easy to install and set-up.

Great coverage though 2300 sq ft house and delivers for my 1000 mbs service.

This was very easy to set up no issues and great speed.

Easy set up and nice vertical standing look. It maybe just a tad more expensive then it should be.l, as a $300-350 should be it’s price range. LAN capabilities are not consistent. Wifi Hasn’t had any issue.

We joined the "Cutting the cord" group and I wanted to get my own equipment. After much research, I decided on this. Based on reputation, and technical specifications this was my choice. When the technician came to install the internet, he called this " a beast" and said it is the best. That is what I like to hear, and that it will last for many years.

This router/cable modem resolved a problem we were having with the Comcast modem we were renting. We were getting dropped WiFi in a section of our house that wasn't far from the modem. With the Nighthawk AX6000 we have had no instances of WiFi disconnections and it's a great feeling to know that we have a technology that will not soon be outdated.
