Not for us. Set up was easy, but router kept resetting and loosing signal. Multiple users and electronics in the home and it knocked you off connection. Hated it. Had to go back to my regular Netgear and Eero

Staff was very friendly. Made me feel like I was purchasing the right router for my family. Unfortunately, the cable/internet company didn't need this router to upgrade the broadband

So far so good! Wi-Fi is strength is strong through out our whole house which is 2000sqft for reference. We also operate 2 gaming systems, a computer, laptop, 2 smart TVs and 4 smart devices at once and no issues at all. We thought we’d need a booster but so far that’s not the case.

Nice but the firmware is not intuitive, It is great once fully booted but it seems to take a while for my 5G SSID to appear

After reading all the bad reviews, it worried me spending this much on a router/modem. So far, so good.

Best router at the time for gigabit internet, if you have gigabit+ internet and don't feel like dealing with both a router and modem, this does the job very well. My only gripe is for the price I wish the router login was a bit more customizable with more options.

Installation took few minutes, the cable company had to activate it from their side as the plan changed was not allowing activation of my own modem. The wifi setup was easy as well

I bought this to replace my xfinity router and I haven’t had issues with the internet going out since. The app gives you access to everything and you can turn off the WiFi to each device connected to it. Great feature for kids who like to stay up late streaming.

Works fine after setup. Requiring an app on my phone to configure it is a significant hassle.

Are you a Spectrum customer ???? THEN THIS ROUTER IS NOT FOR YOU !!! ......oly if you ok with receiving ¼ of your max speed I gave 3 stars as i know it's garbage with Spectrum , but can't say for the rest of companies if it's the same (it gave me constant disconnects, hight ping. ,70mbs out of my maximum 200mbs. Want all your speed and good connectivity? buy netgear Nighthawk AC1900 , that $150 device delivers all your speed you pay for ( i belive 900mbs is his maximum)

I always buy Netgear products and this one does not dissapoint. If you want to stop paying rental fees from Comcast, this works perfectly and pretty much self-installs.

Bought this off a recommendation from my internet provider. I had issues with cheaper modems always breaking or had signal issues. I have bouth this and no issues have happened.
