Very easy to set up and covers my entire home. This has a small footprint. I prefer Netgear electronics.

Works great. A little complicated to set up for the average Joe but I got it to work. Have not had any issues with it. I called their help desk and they were not only helpful but also friendly.

Not sure if its just my modem but i keep having to reset all my device's at least every other month. Other than that issue works well..

The modem/router is good it does give you a better service than the stock devices, but after 2 months 5G band is not working properly (IDKW). The less cables more freedom one of the reasons I bought it.

For some time, I was doing a lot of research whether or not this modem router combo worked with WOW internet and I kept on finding reviews where a lot of people said that it once worked just fine with WOW but around the end of 2021 it stopped working due to an update from WOW. I then couldn’t find any updated review whether that issue had been fixed or not so I just took a shot.. long story short: Yes, as of June 2023, it works with WOW internet BUT FIRST you need to update the modem to the latest software version via the netgear nighthawk app. After the modem has been updated, you then need to call WOW and give them the MAC address of the modem and tell them to activate this new modem router. It should work fine by then, at least it did for me. However, I was not getting the promised speeds. I pay for the 1.2gig speed from WOW and I was barely getting 500mbps connected wired via Ethernet.. I tested each Ethernet port and all of them were giving the same speeds, no more than 500mbps… via wifi is around 220mbps.. and this is suppose to be one of the top-notch modem routers out there right now? WOW said that the issue was with the modem.. Netgear says the issue is with the ISP, WOW in my case.. Too much back and forth, I decided to return this modem as, in my case specifically, it’s not worth paying $500 and not be able to use this at its full capacity. I CANNOT recommend if your ISP is WOW, however, I’m sure it works better with xfinity or spectrum or a more well known ISP. Unfortunately, in my area, my only option is WOW and Mediacom (which requires a contract that I do not like, reason why I chose WOW).

Good product, Where is great substituting the Comcast modem Wi-Fi unit which is a $14-$15 savings on your Comcast Xfinity bill by renting their router purchase this one time and you don’t have to be $$$ to death by Comcast

Had some firmware issues, getting through support was very lengthy, but was able to update it and get through the issue.

Sufficiently provides a solid connection for both my wife and I while we work at home and all the kids when they are gaming or using any streaming service. Def recommend

Wake quality stretches through the whole house and then some by Wi-Fi 6 is amazing only problem is hard to get up with Spectrum I don't know if it's brand new or what but it took multiple people and multiple phone calls before they can find it

Ok for xfinity, but really bought this to hook up to my Fios network and it isn’t compatible even though I was told it is.

Great modem , replaced an aging arris with telephony that had outlived its usefullness. If you have xfinity and voip phone as part of a package, this is the one to get.

This router/cable modem does everything you need and more! Only problem, if youre an optimum/Cablevision customer, you CANNOT use this device (looks like they only use ARRIS brand)

Ordered product that is in stock but won't be ready for a week. This is very poor service.

Easy to install and connect. Haven't really noticed a change in uploading on my iPad and iPhone. Streaming is a breeze on all my firesticks. Got a great deal on it because Best Buy price matched the Netgear site

So far running great. This was an upgrade for me and my WiFi now reaches through my house. Definitely recommend

Oddly enough we bought this by accident but are very happy we did so! We returned the unit from our cable company that we had been paying for monthly & now have an all in one that we can use, that increased our wifi speed and is ours. Definitely recommend.

Works great for live streaming and online gaming. The downloadable application is helpful for controlling your home or office network. It’s nice to plug in one device instead of two. This device also allowed me to upgrade to Spectrum 1G.

Quick and easy to set up. My internet provider was able to recognize it immediately.
