    Not a good product. I’m on my second one for the year. Loose connection. App on phone is not user friendly. No support. As soon as your coverage expires it stops working. Many issues. Don’t buy! Not worth it.

    This modem is generally stable, but does require rebooting every now and then when the 5g radio stops working. A word of caution, this device continuously reboots during an ISP outage, so if your internet goes out even devices that work without internet connectivity but that rely on wifi/ethernet connectivity do not work.

    Could not use with my cox internet 2gig Not sure why not. Called cox and still would not connect. Returned it

    I had high hopes for this modem/router combo but it didnt deliver. From day one I had issues activating it, then after it was active the speeds were not registering properly, then came the intermittent connection drops while gaming oh it doesnt stop there, I work from home as soon as this bad boy was installed my calls started dropping frequently. Contacted Netgear their response modem must be defective hmmm ok I will not be exchanging it for another.

    We’ve only been using it for a month, but so far it appears to be working great. Little issue getting it set up because of our internet provider, but got it fixed after calling.

    Just don't hook any Wi-Fi devices up to it. It'll short time as if you do it's gonna cut off

    Setup was a little confusing, but called support, answered quickly and set me on the right path. Works as advertised and love having 2 pieces combined.

    After the return period expired, the product only would light the top light and I had no internet connection. Severely disappointed after paying the price for this product. I could only get connection after playing with the plug-ins

    Had an issue with the first one but the replacement has not had any issues. We have ring security system inside and outside end there have been no connect issues.

    Too expensive and Not a really good modem you pay more thinking you're buying the best but too much problems with it I don't recommended!!!

    Bought this to replace an older modem/router that was beginning to fail. SO EASY TO INSTALL!! Incredible speed and WiFi reception throughout the whole house!
