Not a great Modem

wifi-lan issues

Tech support was difficult as you have to repeat and repeat the problem and reset and reboot and reset it each time you called. -1 star for wifi-lan issue -1 star for too many levels of tech support to get real tech support.

Best Modem

Bad quality and very overpriced

This device kept dropping my Internet connection every few minutes. Xfinity scanned the lines and found no issues, it also refused to stay connected via the 2.5ghz port to my desktop, constantly dropping and reconnecting at 1ghz. When it did work the WiFi connection was good, better than the Motorola. But for $500 the quality is just not there.

Nighthawk is a bad choice

For $500 i expected this to last much longer than this. Support from the manufacturer was poor. Ivwill not wver purchase a nighthawk again.
