    Still have to connect and reconnect on my devices at least twice a night. Because they lose connection. My mom has dementia and this is one of the things that is her favorite thing is a TV so when it goes out she thank you very mean it's called sundowns. I needed something that was going to help alleviate the problem I was told this bill is the best I told them Monday didn't matter I would gone got my blood drawn whatever work some extra shifts whatever I had to do I was told this was the best.

    WEAK RANGE & ARMOR GLITCHY

    The range on this is horrendous, so bad that I'm not even sure that the satellites are working. I should have known that would be the case when setting it up -- the satellites wouldn't even connect to the router unless they were within about 8 feet of the router! Our house is only 2200 square feet and these satellites can't remain connected to the router. THEN there's the issue with Netgear Armor. Once I turned that free feature on, the system became unpredictable, with devices dropping out being shut out repeatedly based on my preferred detailed settings using the web interface. I thought it would be a good additional layer of security given that I subscribed to BitDefender for years, but it must have been rushed to market because it doesn't play well with this Nighthawk 6e mesh system. After many years of being a Netgear loyalist and having spent over $450 on this POJ, I'm done with Netgear.

    This will be my last Netgear product purchase. I paid a lot of money, and it has more problems than all the other routers I have owned combined. If this is where the technology is taking us, we are going to have troubles.

    Very cool design, but extremely difficult to setup. my older smart devices have trouble connecting to 2.4gh network despite having a separate 2.4gh band active. Maybe with future firmware updates it will improve, but for now, not worth it.

    We experienced trouble with this router, when we moved around our home. We worked with Netgear, and we were told we needed to switch to another server, since ours had heavy traffic. That did not solve the problem. We experienced frequent dropping of all Wifi connections, including Wifi calls.

    This is a good system. I ran an access point based system in my house for years, but as they became dated they were a pain to manage (updating the controller firmware, etc). This was basically plug and play without compromising download speeds in any meaningful way.

    Had this about a year. Nothing but issues from parental control issues to constant dropping signal. Dealing with netgear support is a joke. Went from Asus to netgear. Going back to asus.

    Did not work right out of the box. Took me a while to give up trying to fix it and accepting that it was a product problem. The. Best Buy wouldn’t help - they said call Netgear. Netgear just tried to sell me a service contract. Do NOT buy Metgear.
