This Netgear Nighthawk router is easy to set up and configure. It has good power and range making it suitable for an above average sized home or office; especially with a Netgear extender. It is well priced for the features offered and the quality of construction.

My old Netgear router died, but this replacement is a major upgrade. It produces a strong signal everywhere in my two story house, and the install was seamless.

The router was easy to install and set up. More reliable and faster than its predecessor.

Purchased this to extend the range of a security system at a large construction sure. We are using Arlo cameras as well as connecting tablets, smartphones, laptops, printers as well as other monitoring and security divides. The router has excellent range alone but a major reason for purchase was the included range extender. I imagine we are just scratching the surface with the potential of this product. I will be purchasing 8 more for other projects.

Bought this router for the extra range, speed, and futureproofing. Like it so far, bought it back in Apr 15. I have had to reset it a couple of times but I like it so far.

We haven't had a single issue with this router since we got it 2 months ago. We get strong signla throughout our 2 story home and no lag while gaming

This item is fast and easy to set-up, and range is better than old router, but we still need to use range extenders/access points to have coverage on all levels of 4-level house.

The setup was easy. The Netgear Genie app is nice and functioned well for me. We saw an immediate speed increase over its two year old Netgear predecessor.

This thing is real fast. Easy setup. Highly recommended. With Internet speeds these days this wireless router is nearly future proof.

My apartment building has Spectrum wifi which makes it a nightmare to set up any IOT smart devices. Most of them only work on 2.4GHz networks and require a strong signal to set up the first time. This Netgear Nighthawck was easy to set up, and it's beel solid and reliable since then.

Let me be clear, I am medium tech savvy and a not unintelligent woman in my early 50's. I had an N-600 for about 5 years and started having problems with daily reboots, interrupted streaming, lost connections, especially with some of our smart phones. Devices include 2 tower PC's, several laptops and tablets, 2 smart TV's and 5 smartphones. After reading many reviews, I upgraded to the AC1900. Haven't dropped a connection since. I have a traditional 2 story home with basement (3 levels) and coverage is great. I don't have gamers in my house but we do stream a lot on Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc. Very happy. I would give it 5 stars except I was not able to complete the initial installation via WiFi as promised. I had to cable connect to the router for initial installation. This meant hauling my PC to the basement where the cable modem and router are located. Also, I had to allow the AC1900 assume the network name we had with the N-600 or it wouldn't connect. Some one more savvy may figure out a work around but I could not. However, once installed, I have zero complaints.

The Netgear Nighthawk R7000 worked as advertised. My speed and ranged increased significantly from the old router. Set up was straight forward and simple.

I needed a router with some power and this provided that. Extended the range of my wifi signal considerably. Easy to get up and running and reliable.

Good coverage throughout the house. No problems. Quick internet speed. When we have problems with the service the NetGear Genie makes reconnecting easy.

I was very impressed with the strength of this router. It was very easy to set up out of the box and has been more than adequate to suit my family's wireless needs.

This router is great for reaching those places in your home you couldn't with that old router. Easy setup and no problems after using a month. Dual band helps with streaming movies and games and having more then 10 devices connected. I would recommend this router for anyone who has had trouble getting a good connection in your home. My old routers could never reach far enough and I had to utilize range extenders that didn't work very well for me.

Very good router.. we have multiple devices running at the same time without a single problem. No noticeable drop in speed either. Very long range.

The main reason I got this router wasn't just because of the specs, but because I have kids who I control their WiFi access as a privilege not a given. This glitched out router fails to show all connected devices so I am unable to use it as intended. It is very slow to boot up fully which adds up when having to constantly reset/reboot/power cycle. It can take all day to get things reconfigured if I have to do a factory reset...which doesn't always work either. Then it'll revert back again down the road, sometimes even the next day. I've done factory reset so many times it's stupid. I don't have the money to buy a new router at the moment so I'm taking my frustarions to the review page. I've had this for a few years and it's always been like this. I will be switching back to ASUS when I can. Don't buy this no matter what the store tells you. Circle app is available but it does the same thing or the opposite where it's even more ridiculous because it'll list the same device 20 times. Uuuggghhhh technology!!!!

Changed Cable services and needed a new wireless router. This one was recommended and works great. Easy to set-up and seems to have a broad range.

This is the first time I purchased my own router after wasting all that money on a rental. I was surprised how easy it was to set it up and link it to my iPhone considering how ignorant I am with technology. Very pleased with the speed and noted that the wifi range is much bigger than the cheap rental from Comcast.
