To put it plain and simple this is the best router on the market. Lightning fast speed with maximum coverage. I have over 10 devices hooked to this router. Highly recommend.

If you want preformance, range, and the ability to hook up a home network like Google home this is the router for you. Not cheap but worth every dollar.

This router strengthened the wifi in our home immensely! Our internet was quite bad throughout the house, but this router did the trick. Signal strength is so much better now!

I owned the c7000 before I got fed up with slow download speeds for my 2 xboxes. This solved my Xbox problems and a lot more. It solved issues I didn't even know I had. I learned of the QOS feature and the smart assignment. This made my online gaming so solid. Just perfect online gaming. Then we get into the range improvement. My neighbors house in all directions can get my signal lol. I'm sure there is so much I need to learn about this thing. Those are just the immediate improvements from switching it on. Oh the app it comes with for installing makes this the easiest plaice of equipment I've ever installed.

Buy it without a question, u will not regret. Very easy set up, quiet. Delivers the speed that i signed up for both over wired and wireless connection.

This wifi allows me to run three desktops simutaneously streaming games on all three while watching my son son play a video game on TwitchTV on the Smart TV all without buffering! I don't remember how I did it, but it was easy to set up following simple directions.

This router has great WiFi capabilities. Super strong signal with great coverage throughout our entire house. 2.4ghz signal covers our entire property, indoor and outside as well. You can also pull a super fast 5ghz signal anywhere in the house. With that being said, I had hugely frustrating problems with devices connected via lan connection. I’m running an Obitalk VOIP Box, Xbox One, AppleTV and a Qnap media server, all wired connection. Throughout the day, the lan connections will shut off, requiring a reboot of the router to bring them back online. I tried 2 versions of firmware. Netgear tech support provided me with a beta release of their firmware release and that actually amplified the problem. I asked them to send me a new router, thinking it’s quite possibly a hardware issue, however the tech support rep asked for my credit card number and said they would charge me for the 2nd router if they didn’t receive the defective one within 10 days. I cut bait at that point and had spent enough time working through this with frustrating results. I ordered an Asus AC5300. I’ve had good luck with Asus in the past, hopefully it continues. In summary, the WiFi capabilities of this router are great, but stay away if you want to run devices via wired connection.

I have purchased 2 of these routers. They work great throughout the whole house. We can stream videos from the basement to the second floor with no issues.

I’ve noticed how smooth the streaming is with this new router. We have a lot of devices and now there’s no lag while streaming 4K movies on the TVs.

Absolutely the best router I've owned! There is not an area in my home this router cannot reach (1900sqft 2 story). Whether wired or wireless, it does what I expected it to do. Everything we own that can be connected to our wifi is connected. 3 sling tv receivers, 2 PS4, 1 Xbox X, 1 Nintendo Switch, 2 computers, Philips Hue hub/lights, several cellphones/tablets, 4 TVs (including Samsung Smart tvs), 2 soundbar, 3 Smart plugs to name a few, this router makes it possible. I've highly recommended it to my gamer buddies...

Easily set up, saw immediate performance improvement. Internet speed immediately increased to 132 MGS. Unit is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The best wifi router I had so far, a little pricey but it's worth the money. Reaches all my rooms without using an extender compared to the others I had before.

Well...I will be honest...seven resets of router, modem, and unplugging XFINITY from the wall...finally...I could connect...keep this thing away from TV, Receiver, Speakers...etc...it will interfere with other frequencies...bunch of thumping noise with apple tv...once relocated...nice strong signal... however during xfinity IP refresh...ugly functionality...poor downloads...bottom line...when it works.. it works well... otherwise...save your money on asus...better reliability and functionality for a much affordable price....too much too soon...infrastructure not up to this yet...

This thing rocks! It is however enormous and looks like a space ship. You cannot find a spot to hide this thing, but it works fantastically.

I can Connect to my Internet all over my house upstairs and downstairs fast and easy and even outside on my porch and back yard

This router is a beast. It has speed and power. I am getting great range and signal from my wifi...just as if i were hardlined to the back of the modem.

I have this plugged into my AT&T Gigapower router and I get faster upload and download than the AT&T router. It also has far better coverage.

I can pick up wifi any place in the house and most of my yard. I also have 16 items hooked to it. And it can handle the load very good.

I had the X6 for a couple of years which was great. When I set the X10 up and tested it. I gained some speed and I gained some range.
