This is proving to be a great, feature packed router. Setup was easy, but not much documentation for advanced features. Took some tweaking to insure compatibility with computer componetents. Router has only been in service for 3 weeks

I bought this Nighthawk for the reason of having the built in PLEX server. It works great and works with my NAS that is connected. A bonus is having 6 Ethernet ports.

High performance, reliable, excellent wifi capabilities and I especially like it as a Plex server which is fantastic. I don't like the location of the USB ports with which you connect your hard drive for the Plex service but the device is great.

I replaced my RT-AC5300 with this. My reasoning was simply because of the processor. I can't say it's much improved over the RT-AC, but it does work well and is very stable. I wish Netgear would have more frequent firmware upgrades, however.

Very impressed with the functionality of this device. The program that accompanies it makes it easy to change settings and get the most out of your internet connection. Worth every penny.

This router rocks! Once I installed it on my home network, this "rocket" took off and has performed flawlessly since. If you want speed, security, and stability, there is not a better wi-fi router available. Purchase was quick and easy.

I was worried that my multi-level condo was going to have deadspots, but this router gets the job done. I have gigabit internet and I'm hitting speeds that I am expecting to see over wifi and directly wired.

The best WiFi router ever owned. Easy to install and get to using quickly. Provides the best uninterrupted WiFi we’ve ever had. A bit pricey but worth it to have full coverage and reliable connections.

My son said this would give us so much power we could reach our internet down the Street. He was surprised when it didn't do that. Still computer and internet performance access seems much better to me!

This is an amazing router as long as you don't try to use plex on it. It sucks and it is way over hyped. Not fast enough to even transcode one stream. Just remember that if you know it sucks for plex before you buy it.

I purchased to help with range and speed. It dropped connection too often and range wasn’t that great. Returned and purchased linksys and haven’t had any issues.

I owned a combination modem router combo through cox cable and upgraded my internet package. the equipment i owned was out of date.So I bought new equipment to make sure it was future proof. great device and excellent purchase.

We switched to gigabit internet so we needed to upgrade our wireless router and this solve our problem. So far so good. No problems with the wireless or wired connection.

I upgraded from Netgear X4S, yet no performance gains. I return the Netgear X10 and went with Asus GT-5300 which gave me better wifi distance from X4S and X10.

I purchased this as a gift, but returned it for credit! Would have kept this for myself, but had previously purchased a Netgear X8 wireless router, so could not justify having almost a thousand dollars invested in routers....

This unit is everything I wanted and more. Only reason I left off a star is apparently my house is too big or there is something that obstructs the coverage with in it.... adding another access point fixed that.

Once working it delivers good signal but it does have issues in a multi wall environment. Bought two and the second one kept on failing basic setup and it took 4 times using full reset to work.

This router can handle a multitude of devices and has a reach to long distances in a large home. Of course be sure you have an internet speed to accommodate the router's capabilities other wise it's more than you need.

After walking in the store and asking the associate to show me the strongest router, I was directed to this one. It was a very good purchase even at the expense put out! If you can afford it, this is the one for you!!!

I've had this for about 30 days. I've had no more complaints about the WIFI dropping with 8-10 electronics in the home. Relieved! Now, I 'm confident my internet is working. Thank you for your expertise.
