Customers praise the Nighthawk X10 AD7200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router for its impressive range, strong performance, and ease of setup, resulting in excellent coverage and signal strength, great for streaming and other demanding applications. However, some customers note that the router is expensive and large, and a few have experienced issues with the firmware. Despite these drawbacks, many users find the improved speed and reliability worthwhile.

I previously had to use two routers in my home. A signal extender would not work either. This router solved ALL low signal issues.

Netgear has created a very nice product. The reason for 4 stars outdated Web GUI compared to competition and no AD clients to test AD.

The Nighthawk x10 has a strong signal and broadcast three bands so you can allocate tv, computers and other network stuff to the band you want.

Setup was easy. Everything worked great the first night. The next morning the router was completely offline. After an hour long call with tech support, I was told what I already knew. The router was dead and I should return it to the store. For as expensive as what this router was I would expect much better quality control.

I purchased on December 26, 2018. Installation was super easy. Overall interface is super fast. Interface Looks the same as all the other Nighthawks I have owned. I purchased this to Replace my NightHawk AC1900 that died. I figured this would be a good upgrade to what I had. But that was not the Case. The unit from day one would drop 5G wifi signal every 15 to 20 min. After doing some research this has been an ONGOING issue with this Router since this unit came out over a year of this issue. With no Fix in sight. Im sorry for a $400 Router it SHOULD work without issue out of the box. I returned this on January 14, 2019 and Purchased an Asus RT-AC3100. Other than the AD and Plex (Which I dont use) the Asus router is faster and performs way better. I would say until they have a reliable fix for this issue I can NOT recommend this Router.

Bought it and had issues. The manufacturer sent us a new one and it handles the MBPS that cable is putting out.
