    The product failed my primary goal of covering our entire large house. (The product's set-up, online updates, configuration was more difficult than expected.). Returned product and got a "mesh" system that covered my entire house. Bought a Linksys mesh system which had great set-up instructions.

    I was convinced to upgrade to this item. However upon installation, I found it did not fix my problem. Help from BB was almost non-existent. I hired a tech through home adviser who returned this item for a refund. He purchased an item half the cost from BB that fixed my issue. Be careful of the salespeople who encourage stuff that you don't need and don't fix your problem.
