I've had this product for a little over two months and can say that I'm satisfied with the performance thus far. I've gotten good connections throughout my house which is a little over 4000 square feet although many devices are connected to it. There was a couple of occasions where I felt my connection should be stronger but I have not encountered any dead zones in my house yet . Overall, performance has been good.

This router consistently delivers speed and connectivity. It has 2.4G, 5G and 60G bands, although the 60G has to be line of sight to work.

Router works great! It is super fast, easy to setup simple installations like Home use. When you get into more complex configurations such as business or load balancing, it gets slightly more complicated. Overall I am very happy with it. I wish it was a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for. It has features that you can’t even use yet.

I wanted a new router to make the most of our internet connect and one that would still maximum the connect for a few years. This router is super fast and can handle the speed of out 250mbps. Looks cool too. Easy to set up through the set up app and can mangagement the router via a genie app (manage connections and block any annoying relatives that come to your house)

It was priced high -- but it covers my 2000 SQ FT home wonderfully. I get 700MB/S+ throughout. Firmware is boring and there aren't a lot of custom firmware options because of the chosen wireless radios in the device, so be weary of that if you intend to hack.

I bought this router to replace an aging Netgear unit that just couldn't keep up with a load of devices, gaming and streaming. The Nighthawk is absolutely stellar and hasn't skipped a beat since I set it up. It handles all of our devices, gaming, and streaming 24/7. Plus it got us an awesome speed increase, and whole house coverage which everyone loves.

This is my 3rd netgear router and probably my last. I have never had a problem with their products, just upgraded to match technology and demands. This router has more features than I'll ever use but the signal strength and speed are incredible and it's future proof. So far amazing speed streaming content from both web and my NAS. Everyone is happy.

Worked right out of the gate... found and set up all required port forwarding. Great speeds. No issues thus far. DO NOT get the ac5300 netgear however, I went through 5 of those... each broke within 2 hours of setup (ssid disappeared, machine froze and never recovered... found out it's a blown capacitor due to the cheap stuff they built it with)

Great signal, works fast with 4k streaming, easy to set up.

Very easy set up and easy to manage settings. Updates are sent by email so can keep updated without having to check website.

This router is great, a real work horse. Saw a huge difference in my internet connection with my upload and download speeds.

We are continuously upgrading our WiFi system that serves relatively large home with a SHO and this has been the biggest & quite noticeable step up yet. Better coverage, faster speeds and the 7x Ethernet ports & 2x USB 3 ports are hugely useful features as well. Setup was smooth & easy. So far no problems at all.

Very strong wifi signal, download and play game together without signal drops. Fast and easy setup for immediate person.

My prior FIOS Quantum gateway router was starting to show its age. We were constantly rebooting it for our WIFI devices. After the easy install of this router, I have not had to reboot it yet, And all of my devices are reporting top speeds. I am trying to activate Plex server, bit am having an issue with the WD storage.

Upgrading from the middle beneath this and it is amazingly superior in performance and features totally worth the money

So far it’s been remarkable! I’m impressed weekly with the speed and range. I’m not a gamer but have about 20+ smart home gadgets, TVs, and appliances including a garage door opener on a detached garage and a floodlight camera farther than that, and so far have not had one disconnect or slow-down of anything.

Bought this router to expand on my smart home lacking capabilities. This router allows for a great Cloud setup, online gaming, streaming from multiple devices and surf the internet all at once. It is especially big so I created a spot on our living space overhang that keeps it out of the way. Amazing technology in this unit.

This high end router really performs. You really do get what you pay for. Future proof for the next standard, wireless AD. Minimal lag/buffering. My home of 4, streams Netflix and surf the internet all at the same time without a hiccup. If you can catch it on sale it's worth it. Otherwise at full retail price, you may want to wait.
