I was sick an tired of dealing with my ISP's equipment so I bought my own router. Decent options and this boy is a beast. Still having trouble and need to figure it out.

Replaced a 6 year old wireless router from a smaller house. I can now stream 4K at the opposite side of my house with no problems. Prior to installation, I could not even get a signal.

After our 2-n1 modem/router took a crash we decided to purchase them separately. Very happy with the nighthawk. We get plenty of signal throughout our house with all our smart TVs.

With all the phones, tablet, laptops and TV'S streaming in our house it was really slow. I got this router to help and so far it has done the trick. No more spinny circle of death.

This is the first router that I have owned that will extend the Wi-Fi signal to both levels of my house as well as all of the outside yard from it's position in an upstairs corner bedroom.

In the beginning my internet was slow because I didn't have enough signal because my modem is in the basement. But now I have internet signal to the third floor. Best investment!!

this is my second time buying this router, and I couldn't be happier. Have both set up as an upstairs/downstairs coverage option, and they work flawlessly.

Pretty solid tri band router. Does what i need it to do. Price is a bit spendy, but you get what you pay for. I bought it for an upgraded work area we just got. Seems to work all around so far.

I replaced a very old router so I wasn't surprised coverage was better than old one but I'm pleased I've got a wireless router that supports my smart TV and several others devices.

Way better than my spectrum modem, faster speed. I also love that I can control the WiFi. I can turn it off when it gets late so that the kids can’t use it.

I had an issue with the stock router that came from my internet service provider is that it sometimes does not handle the amount of devices connected at one time. but with this router there is no lag in processing the requests from connected devices. As far as Coverage I live in 3200 SQ foot and the coverage is the same as my stock router. The only issue with this router it is has the armor defender which tends to slow down the internet speed but not significantly when I do speed teats from my stock router I get about 500 MBPS when I do it from nighthawk it only gets me 220 MBPS

I am happy with my purchase, but I encountered a difficulty with the installation. The router includes a USB port to connect my USB only laser printer, so I can print from any device. Netgear requires a piece of software to be installed to make this function happen. I could not install this software on my Mac computers, so I had to purchase a new printer to be installed wirelessly to make my required network connection Netgear does not have a foolproof system to make this router work as advertised on a Mac computer. I would have rated this router 5 stars if I did not hit this stumbling point.

The best router I ever owned. I had a Verizon router before and it would keep knocking me offline almost every other day but not I haven't had that problem once with this new router.

I had a different NETGEAR router that had great range and zero fancy antennas. Other than range, it works well without having to reboot on a regular basis.

Good router that was easy to set up. It has had no problems handling over 8 devices attached to it. The best feature is the genie app which allows you to remote control the device.

I had problems with it initially but then I exchanged it and it's working great since then. I liked its coverage, I don't have to use any wifi extender to get coverage in my whole backyard.
