Our old WIFI system just could not keep up. Have 3 smart tvs, 2 blu ray players, 5 iPhones, 4 iPads and 5 laptop using the Wifi along with a desk top, color all-in-one printer, a b&w laser printer on Ethernet. Just added the added back up hard drive. So far it hasn't missed a beat.

This router has exceeded my expectations. Great! It has no lag and I have multiple iPads, iPhones, smart tvs, and laptops simultaneously running with absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Love it!!!

Was hesitant to spend this much on a router, but with all the simultaneous video streaming and web surfing done in our house, along with all of the 'smart-home' components that are always connected, it turned out to be a great investment. Speed is great, and the flexibility of three independent networks makes prioritizing traffic, bandwidth, etc. a breeze.

Had to replace a defective router and Netgear had a special on this unit and Best Buy matched the price. Very easy set up and was working in 10 minutes. Their customer service has always been good. The coverage is outstanding in the house and on the property. I live in a rural area and can walk a good ways from the home and am still receiving my Wi-Fi signal.

Fairly easy to set up. Instructions were not quite in order. Maybe they haven’t been updated. Website had good info and support. Internet seems stronger through house. Also use to extend WiFi to outside security cameras.

I switched internet companies for stronger signal but needed a router that could reach all the rooms in my house. After some research I purchased this router. Signal is great in most of my home. My TV streams internet much better than before and my internet office phone has not dropped. This is a great improvement. Set up was simple I thought but I needed assistance from tech support to set up the Internet connection. I am pretty tech savvy but could not get the Internet to connect. The button would not light nor could I access it online. However, after about 10 minutes with tech support we had it figured out.

I love this router, was easy to set up, but did it cost a ton for a router.

This router was very easy to set up and has worked as promised.

I replaced my old router with the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router, and the measured download speeds to my computers increased substantially. I have a variety of connected devices -- laptop, desktop, Roku, Fire Stick, Smart TV and a tablet -- and this router handles them all with ease. Highly recommended.

My ISP plan is 200 mbs download speed and sometimes this router would clock in at speeds of up to 228 mbs but sometimes it couldn't go past 150 mbs. Very disappointed with the inconsistent results from this router. As for range, I live in a medium sized 2-bedroom apartment and had 100% signal in every corner of the apartment with no dead spots.

Bought this to help my crummy internet speed from hargary which is a mom and pop service provider in south carolina. I pay for 100 and only receive 10-30 but after installing this router i can get about 50 sometimes. Of course hargray gives me the usual BS excuses on why i get terrible service just like twc did 15 years ago.

Bought a couple of months ago to replace an aging Netgear WiFi n router. Installation was super easy and have has zero issues since installation. I have a desktop PC, laptop, tablet, Xbox one, Roku, and mobile phone on WiFi and everything works well and with top notch speed. I would definitely recommend this router to anyone who wants a top tier experience.

this is a must have. i've replaced a fully functioning cisco linksys router with basically the same features as the nighthawk and the range out beats the linksys hands down. with the linksys i would have to add an extender but not with this nighthawk. i've tested cell phones, tablets and other wifi devices and the nighthawk out performs the linksys.
