I installed the router and this is the best range router in its price range. I bought some for some of my clients and they too have had a lot of success.

This is a wonderful router once you get it set up. It's pretty straight forward however requires too many reboots in my opinion. You lost internet connectivity even if you are hard wired into the router, and lose connectivity to the router itself. I ended up having to reboot my PC a half dozen times and the router a half dozen times as well. Firmware updates are easy, assigning static IP addresses as well. The cost is certainly excessive to say the least but if this lasts for a few years it will be well worth it.

With this new WiFi router, my internet speed now get closer to what I supposed to get from my IPS compared to my old 2.4G WiFi router and also have very better coverage for my house.

This by far is one of the better routers I've purchased. And the app control is outstanding. I'm running a couple of laptops and gaming consoles with no lag. The price at Best Buy was even better.

This is not the first time I have bought a Netgear product. They have always been spectacular. I used to always go for Linksys but that quality and easy of use (setup) does not compare to Netgear's.

This router has great wifi range in comparison to my old router. I even can go outside, if the weather permits, and use my computer or phone to search online. Also it was easy to setup and navigate through.

We already had wi fi from time warner. Had constant trouble running multiple devices. After, we install the nwt gear. It made our band width broader. Haven,t had any problems since. Great equipment.

Skeptical about negative reviews, but find it has been serving me very well. Like the dual bands and the multiple wi-fi connections. I have it placed about 8ft on top of a shelf, and so far, it seems to function flawlessly. All attempts at wi-fi connections throughout the house (3000SF) have had no issues so far. One thing that could be improved is the ability to mount it on the wall. In looking at the mount holes, the unit would be upside down. I did like the Linksys WRT1900 unit, because just sitting on a shelf, I could see the display, but with this Netgear, the display is on top, which it looks the unit was designed to be on a vertical wall. That part is confusing. So far, overall I'm glad I picked this unit.

We get great wifi coverage with this wifi router. We usually have several devices being used at one time and everyone experiences great connectivity

I needed a router that offered a robust bandwith with different lines to offer my family the best wireless connection possible. Very important when you have gamers in the family. Great wireless router.

Been using the nighthawk series firewall since they came out and this one by far has the best range. Some issues on occasion with ios devices but is quickly resolved with a quick network release and renew on device.

overall is a good device, nothing fancy about it, has the same basic functionality as $35 router. noticeable speed difference from the previous router I had. Poor integration with the online service had to enter passwords many times and you don't know what app is doing what. Hard disk integration is ok, however, access from outside is very complicated and failed to do it. bulcky so you have to spare a lot of desktop real estate to place it.

This is a breeze to setup and the management tools are fantastic. Performance and configurability are second to none. Worth the price of admission.

This thing really cranks! It not only pushes the signal all over the house, but it also increase the bandwidth compared to my Providers device. This is excellent if you’re a gamer

I previously had netgear I just didn’t realize how old it was (7 years). It just wasn’t getting the job done anymore. The nighthawk x6 is a great router no lag and easy to set up.

Love being able to control the access to all the devices connected to the router. Also you have total control of the router from your cell phone.

I bought this to extend the WiFi in my home. Soo far this has done that and it’s also easy to connect my devices to it. Was having trouble with another router. Couldn’t get devices to connect. But this one was no problem at all. Connected rite away. It’s a little on the pricey side, but overall happy with the purchase

Setup was easy. The Netgear website and software are easy to use and make setting up the router easy to do. It supports 3 different networks which is great for my use. It is software upgradable.

Nighthawk has pretty much been one of if not the top rated router for a while and the new iteration was no exception. After having a Linksys and a D-Link (which were both very good) I went Nettgear.
