only consider this router if your isp is providing 100+ Mbps and want to future proof it

I am using this router after give up with the one that my ISP provides. It is very easy to install and manage, also have great signal. With the 3 wireless network is very convinient, since I can have my network my kids theirs and the security system other. Strongly recommend

I debated over a couple of different brands and models and after talking to my IT guy and a very knowledgeable Best Buy associate I went for the Nighthawk X6 AC3200 router. I have no way of knowing if other choices would have been better but I have great luck and improvement with streaming from my Roku on the TV as well as much faster downloads and uploads on our computers. The only real limit is our internet carrier but we are set up pretty good with the router. I am sure it helps to have the 6 antennas especially in our home where it has to reach out to rooms through a couple of walls for different devices. I have used Netgear for many years as I have upgraded my router each time.

This router is amazing. Setup was super easy, I was up an running in no time! I highly recommend it!

Excellent router even though it's a bit pricey. Plenty of options for the hardcore tinkerer but also simple to setup for a novice. Some settings don't seem to work as intended but the firmware is evolving so I'm sure those issues will be addressed. Overall, a great router that I am highly pleased with.

I love this router there is not much to say and if you can get it on sale it's an even better deal. There are others and it really comes down to brand choice as they all do basically the same things when you by and AC 3200. I did notice that while online gaming I finally have a stutter free experience and never see my character or vehicle skipping across the screen as I all to often did with the 4 other much cheaper less capable routers I have owned over the last decade.

It works great had a AirPort Extreme that needed replacing and this fills the bill and it’s faster

Great for a family that have multiple devices connected to WiFi at the same time. My husband and I are able to connect to a different WiFi connections without delay of speed, while the kids connect to another. Worth the cost!

Great product for sale price. Great signal and tri-band allows to connect multiple devices which allow streaming without interruption. Easy installation and setup. Only limitation is weakening signal strength farther away from machine and through thick walls, as is to be expected with most any similar device.
