I am not the most techy person, but the Orbi was VERY easy to setup and use. Having the Armor software makes our systems secure.

I like the sleek design. The customer support has been very good. I do not like the NEtgear Armor add-on. It causes issues with my app. I am paying extra for it. The speeds have been good so far and not many connection issues.

This mesh system replaced one of the early Orbi systems, that was not slated to get any more security updates. I was already familiar with the the app. and operation of the system. Setup was easy, but a couple of older devices would not connect, or kept going off-line. I called the 800 number and was walked through activating an IoT network. That has pretty well solved the problem with one device left to go. I don’t know if this could have been worked into the initial release, but it would have made like a bit easier. Perhaps it was only discovered later. In summary, I’m happy with my new Orbi upgrade and do recommend it to those needing to upgrade. The overall performance of the network is improved, and I’m already prepared to take advantage of WiFi 7 as we replace devices in the next few years.

Really loving our updated internet, we had the same router for over 10 years and it was starting to get spotty. This is working great for us.

This replaced an older mesh system, and it works very well with good coverage and speed.

Cured our terrible wifi signal in the living room. Only thing I wish it had two Ethernet ports in the back as we have two computers that enjoy a direct connection.
