The store employee was knowledgable on what I needed. This product is easy to set up and works as described.

I liked the ease of set up, but the overall mesh system did lack some features and overall usability in our home. I went with the TP-Link Deco series - and did find a better connection, particularly for online gaming.

Bought to replace an older Orbi system. Install was fairly easy. Satellites did a firmware update during install. Signal didn't seem as strong as the Orbi I was replacing since the satellites had to be closer to the router. Seemed to be a significant drop in wifi performance on the satellites compared to the older unit. Returned since there was not a noticeable improvement.

Installation was easy and they even made a recommendation to keep my old network name when I was going to run it in parallel with my old network and it made the switchover much easier as I did not need to change any of my device connections to the new router name. Installation was fairly seamless.

Needed to upgrade my previous Orbi and this was the winner. I tried a different mesh system and it wouldn't to play nicely with work VPN. This set fit the bill perfectly.
The only downside that is not mentioned in set up: You HAVE TO use the Orbi ethernet cord for it to operate.

Upgraded my old Orbi as mfr sent an email saying they will no longer support updates and security patches for outdated models. Common practice in electronics. With new set up Ive noticed speeds increased fro 250 mbps to 950+ mbps in every room! Very pleased.
