The app took some time to setup but, that was because I had my BitDefender VPN turned on. Hint: So, quick suggestion to everyone trying the Orbi is to make sure you turn off any VPN client apps on your mobile phone before setting up your router! Enjoy ;)

If upgrading to this from a prior Orbi system use a different SSID for the new set up, or change the old one to something else, then do the upgrade. I tries to keep all the old setting and ended up having to call tech support to sort out the issue. Easy solution system works great.

Communicates well with all Wi-Fi supported devices. Only one problem is that I am having difficulty with opening and using the ORBI app. Tech services explained that I should receive an update to the app within two weeks that should correct the problem.

We have three floors and recently noticed that there was not enough coverage mainly on the top floor. I tried updating the firmware and even moving the old router around but that did not help. This solved our issues.
