don't waste your money

Never worked right with verizon home internet. Screwed up enough that amazon music would not work through any of the Alexa's. Everything just kept buffering. I went with a 120$ wifi extender and everything works better now

Buy a NightHawk instead

The tech from Netgear could not sync it.I send it back.

Overrated and overpriced routers

Signal coverage was great, connectivity lacking

Streaming TV shows and Zoom meetings dropped day and I had to return the setup. I will give customer service 5 Stars as they were very accommodating and tried to help troubleshoot as much as possible. Their follow-up was fantastic too. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the issues though

Great for very basic setup of home network.

It's fast and effective for a moment but you can not set manual DNS, it's preset and locked in the app (grayed out). Had to Buy cheaper older model of netgear just to do basic settings.

Product is unusable.

Examination through the web interface revealed that the router had lost its IPv6 address information, and the IPv6 configuration settings had also changed. Rebooted and configured, and within an hour the same thing happened. After the 4th time, I returned the orbi to the store for a full refund. A router that doesn't support IPv6 reliably is of no use to me, no matter what its other features are.

NET GEAR ORBI AX4200 TRI BAND WIFI 6 MESH SYSTEM

The wifi range is terrible. The Nest Google wifi mesh out peforms both of these on wifi range. I am returning this item.
