Initially it was more than I wanted to spend but after doing research and talking to the customer service at Best Buy I realize that this would be the best option for my home long-term and so far it's worked out great no drop of signal anywhere in the house or even outside

Pretty easy to set up. We have a 2 story with basement. The main unit is on the main floor and the extender is in the basement where the TV & playstation are. I finally have wifi upstairs in my bedroom. Sometimes the connection stutters, but usually when we have more people using it than normal.

Initially had issues with the router password changing back and forth from the default password to the one I first set up. After a few days, I changed the password again and had to reset the satellite but after that I haven’t had issues. Now I have really fast internet throughout the house.

I purchased this to replace my original Orbi that kept going off line. This was by far the easiest system to install. My whole house ( 3200 square feet) has excellent coverage.hint: do not connect any additional cat 5 cables until the Orbi is operating correctly.

My old wireless router could not hold it's signal strength throughout the house. I added a wireless signal extender which helped, but was not reliable. With this new Geek Squad installed system I have seamless signal throughout my home. This is a great system.

This was a great add on to our current slow wifi from Verizon. I was lucky to have an IT person in the family to help set up but it was pretty simple anyway. This boosted our signal and has allowed many people on it at once with no problems. LOVE IT

This device was hard to setup at first. The process was easy but my device would constantly disconnect and re connect. I had to reset everything and start over. Took over an hr to finally get it right. I do love how the speed seams to be the same no matter where I am in the home.

My home internet network is now complete after purchasing the Orbi setup.

This unit works perfectly for the size of the area I needed to cover.The signal strength is awesome compared to the modem that is provided by the cable co. I would highly recommend this product to any one who needs better wifi coverage.

The Orbi is easy to install and extends our wifi coverage considerably!

The signal on other routers I have owned have barely reached the other side of my house. This router not only reaches the other side of my house but also reaches the end of my driveway which is 250 ft from my house. Highly recommend.

Although my ipad says that signal is stronger, the kids saw a decrease in download speed

I had a lot of dead spots in my house. The Orbi really helped with the connections in those areas. Plus the service with Geek Squad when I had an issue or question was excellent.
