Does what I needed it to do which was give my Ring doorbell enough Wi-Fi to work. Plus as a bonus my upstairs has better/stronger Wi-Fi coverage.

Before buying this I had a router that was supposed to cover my house, upstairs and down, but upstairs was lagging. Bought the Orbi and couldn't be happier. It was easy to set up and the wifi is so strong. Highly recommend.

We had the Geek Squad set up the Wi-Fi because the cell phone provider does not have a strong signal. The tech looked for the best place to set up the two Orbi AC3000Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System in our tri-level house. It helps our computers and Wi-Fi printer. Our phones are still suspect, even though they are new models. Our phones and one iPad only display one bar of signal, even setting right next to the main unit. Sometimes our phone conversations are spotty and broken up, but I'm not sure if it is our one bar phone connection or the person I'm talking to on the other end. I'd expect at least three for four bars of signal out of this unit.

My house is too long to be served by one wifi router, so I had two routers connected with a power line adapter. It used to drop the signal all the time. Finally bit the bullet and bought these and they worked great right out of the box. Love them.

WiFi problems in my house a gone! I had an excellent WiFi router before, but began seeing issues as we added more and more devices to my home WiFi. I've had the 2-node Orbi for about 10 weeks now and all of our issues are behind us.

My outdoor nest camera kept dropping off the WiFi and after installing the Orbi Tri band WiFi booster all is well. Installation was helped by contacting the customer service number provided.

I read reviews saying easy setup and some saying they couldn’t set it up. I tried multiple times but never got it working correctly, ended up exchanging for a Google WiFi setup. Some of the problem might have been the fact that I was trying to use Ethernet backhaul.

I was having problems in my home getting good coverage throughout my 5600 sq. ft. home. The Geek Squad came out and set it up and tested it. I have had zero problems ever since.

The Orbi mesh system operates beyond powerful for our wifi household needs. My neighbor said he can pick it up across the street. We went from 75mbps to over 430mbps download speed.

Having trouble keeping it connected for some reason, but the speeds are good when it stays on. It isn't often that it stops communicating, but it is at inopportune times.

Even after working with Netgear support, the range on both the base and satellite units is poor and my home is a single story ranch style house. You might want to reconsider purchasing this mesh system if range is important to you. I will try and get customer support again and see if there are other settings that may help the issue. I asked if the unit(s) might be defective and they keep saying they are working as expected but when I can only get 19gb to 28gb download as one example when I am on my deck which is straight across from the base unit on the narrow side of the house, that is nowhere near what they advertise.

I haven't tried any of the other wifi expanders, but I doubt they are significantly better than this system. Does what it says it will do (increase wifi coverage) effectively and easily. The online website to set up the system is just okay, however. It should be more user friendly.

Purchased this item to boost my WiFi signal upstairs. It did not change my service at all. I am disappointed in the product.

We have many family members who occasionally come to the lake home all at one time with lots of devices and spread out through the house. The Orbi AC3000 is provide great coverage through the whole house.

Range was great, easy to set up. However, it kept on disconnecting every 1.5 to 3.0 hours. Traded it for Linksys Velop. No issues for that selection.

The Orbi product is very good, but it can be tricky to set up and I had to reset the product two times before it kept working properly. Customer service was on point, but it not a easy process of calling and talking with a specialist right way.

Went from Apple routers to these and the difference is amazing. Granted the Apple routers served us very well but are no longer supported. The speed and reliability of the new routers are amazing

I have been having problems with my Wi Fi device’s dropping off. Centylink is provider with download speed of 20. After 3 weeks I have no problems with devices losing Wi Fi connections. Hoping this was the solution.

This is awesome for wifi coverage throughout the whole 4-bedroom house, garage and front/backyard area. Had kids and gran's spending the weekend and all stated phones/pads had strong coverage all the time. Truly recommend Orbi as easy setup!!

I purchased this set up because the satellite unit is able to installed with my wired network as an access point so we can have better coverage in a large home. The instructions don’t even mention this, it took several hours with customer support oversees to get it to work. After that it worked great for 2 weeks until it didn’t, had to restart at least every hour, then finally that wouldn’t work then an hour on the phone again with my friend on the other side of the world, after another hour it worked great again for at least a week this time! This was a good reminder I need to return it to Best Buy.
