Kids came home from college and complained about my internet speed for their online classes. A 5 min trip to best buy and now they are back in action. Works great.

Had a little trouble setting up but nothing crazy. Just getting the second node to hook up. Otherwise is working great, no glitches and streaming video better than ever.

The description of this is accurate, in that it is strong, portable and high quality. It has never given me any trouble....I have a duplicate in my other home. Dependable, reliable and predictable.

This router give you max wifi speed that your paying for. I pay for 300mbps, speed test reveals im getting 312mpbs. Works great all over my home. Best investment I have ever made.

My modem is in the basement of my house and with the netgear orbi I get great wifi coverage throughout my house, much better then with my old router. It took me about ten minutes to get it set up.

Does a good job of extending coverage. Nice look, so that you don't have to find a place to hide it. Con: Does drop service and a little bit of cycling has occurred.

The first pair had a defect snd after days of trying to figure out what was wrong we exchanged them for another pair. Now they work just fine.

This unit extends whatever fast or slow service you have from your provider, it brings that service to more rooms. Did not work for me, because of that reason. Too Bad. download through your phone.

We had the Google wi fi at our other home. With my new home it was inefficient. So I purchased the orbi. I'm not tech AT ALL. My son set it up and completely happy with it.

I love the power like surround sound power within 5000 sq of wifi for our whole house, one for first floor and the other Orbi for our second floor. No issues.

I thought my internet provide was the problem. Purchased the Orbi at the request of a friend and what an amazing turnaround. Surfing speeds increased exponentially.

If all you want this for it internet, it works great. I was so happy that it worked so great. I didn't have to worry about having to switch to different sids. We have a large home with very thick walls. The reason I give it 3 stars and the reason I returned it is because we are a gamer household. When we have family game night, we usually have 4 Xbox Ones going at the same time. It didn't work well at all for us all playing COD, even with changing the settings. I really wanted it to work, but it couldn't handle that like I wish it could've. Unfortunately, I had to switch back to my prior setup, which handles us all playing COD together just fine - two routers.

Have not compared it to my old netgear extenders. It is currently working great. It shows all attached devices as well as download and upload speeds. I do think security should be less expensive.

Just bought the NETGEAR Orbi router and range extender and the reviews are as good as they claim. My wifi is the best it has ever been, totally covering my 3,600 sq ft home and beyond. No more dead spots!

I like the functionality when the Orbi is exposed, but it has to be in full exposure of the room rather than tucked behind something like a door or a table. So it's aesthetically not pleasing but it functions better that way.

I purchased my Orbi system 4 months ago. The setup was easy. It worked well for a few months. Then, all of a sudden, the Orbi began disconnecting from the Internet (it showed the "magenta ring of death" at the top of the device) and there was no way to recover from this issue. After rebooting it, the unit would get the same problem in 2-3 hours. I have to factory-reset the device multiple times, changing ports, changing internet cables, etc. When I factory-reset it, it worked fine for about 3 hours, but then it went back to the same issue. Then I ended up paying for a support contract, $79. they never mentioned that the unity had a known problem. After going on the internet I saw many posts about the same problem. They charged me $16.90 to get the replacement product. I would never buy Net Gear again. They did this to me when I had a problem with their Night Hawk Router.
