I bought this product a month ago and a week after hooking it up the satellite component stopped working. No power. I contacted support and after being on a chat line for 1 1/2 hours the support agent said I need a replacement. The really bright spot was Best Buy's return policy. No muss, no fuss. I asked if I could get it replaced and they didn't even question. They just said "Sure, no problem" So far, so good.

orbi is able to handle fios strength. Have lowest level of fios and have coverage from the road to end of backyard.

My shows do not buffer half as much as they did. The internet range now extends to my husband’s man cave.

I have tried a lot of routers and the orbi beats them all I tried the nighthawk x8 and x10 and the orbi still wins buy it you won't regret it

We are thrilled with the results! Our Wi-Fi now reaches all corners of our home and outside too! Wished we would have purchased this sooner!

These really helped spread WiFi over the house. Speed is inconsistent, but I probably need to try different locations.

It would work Until the next day and then something would go wrong. Had the Geek squad out 5 times, finally gave up and returned to store for another brand

This device is absolute trash. I've owned this device for a little over 3 months and I've had so many problems with it. Netgear customer support will not provide any help to determine if the unit is bad unless I pay for 6 months of support. That is not going to happen. The device will only work for around 24-36 hours before it stops working. When it's not working, all local devices can no longer route outside of my network. I can still access the device's management page internally and can run speed tests from the device's management interface which show an excellent connection. After a reboot, it works for about 24-36 hours again and then I start all over again. This has been an issue since I first bought the device, but due to COVID-19 and the best buy stores being closed, I waited until now to get the issue addressed.

Very easy to hook up and solved my problems. TV kept losing connection with the web or was constantly reloading. Not any more.
