    The speed and distance of this system was insanely fast and far. In this time of virtual meetings, it was unfortunate that we were dropping video calls. Disappointing for the price. Returned.

    Got it home installed and everything worked fine. Almost a year later, woke up to find I had no internet. Nothing worked. Factory reset, firmware TFTP flash. The thing was bricked. Called support and after speaking to them and doing diagnostics, they said they could support me if I paid 50 bucks for their premium support. When I asked why, they explained that clearly it wasn’t a hardware issue so they must charge me for configuration support. Diagnostic lights and unable to factory reset to me makes this a hardware problem in any other universe but Netgear’s. The router is bricked! Advice to you.. buy something a lot cheaper that will serve your needs because when it breaks, and it will, it won’t hurt so much to replace it. Def not going Netgear again.
