    Had to return it as was having internet browsing issues due to the way this mesh network configured. Went with my internet provider satellite router to mitigate issue. Otherwise a great product if simpler to use without those router config issues.

    Set-up was pretty easy. At first everything seemed to work fine. Then after 24 hours or so, some devices stopped getting wifi. When I opened the app on my phone, it wanted to go through the entire set-up process again. Nope, not going to happen. Returned.

    It's been a year since I purchased the Orbi with satellite. One reason I purchased this unit was its advertised feature to connect a device to a USB port. A week, or so, after setting up the unit I got around to connecting my "home server". A 1T hard drive. After spending a sizable amount of time trying to access the hard drive I wrote to NetGear. I outlined the problem I was having. NetGear's response was quiet surprising. It seems that they were aware of the problem that the USB port did not work, but decided to ship the product anyway. The problem with the Non-functioning USB port would be corrected with firmware updates. Well, here I am a year later and still NO FIRMWARE UPDATE to fix the NON-FUNCTIONING USB port. I do not recommend this product, I relied on NetGear's statement that they would be sending out a firmware update to fix the problem. I have attached a copy of my communication with NetGear. I regret not returning the Orbi with satellite.

    After doing my homework and reading up on the Orbi I expected a much better result. I set it up in my vacation home and only used it for one night before I left and I was pretty disappointed. The system is still connected, and I hope when I return I get much better results or I will be running back to Best Buy for another solution..
