Stoped working after 2 months!!!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this router for a little over 2 months, updated firmware via their nighthawk app and the router stoped working! Spent time with their support and they could not help and they are giving me a new router, factory tested, but I have to pay for the shipping. Their product is faulty why do I have to pay for the shipping? I have to wait until they receive the old one then they will ship the new one out. If I need it right away I have to pay almost $30 extra! I have had my Motorola router for over 5 years without issues and had to reconnect it while I wait. Needless to say NO MORE netgear for me ever.

poor coverage

This is the 4th router I have used in this house and it is conspicuously the poorest performance. Very sad that I learned about its inadequacy after my 2 week window for return closed.

Was really disappointed that this device did not work. Would not recommend if your house is over 3,000 sq ft.
