Bad customer support

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this router to replace a D-Link that got fried during a lighting storm. It was difficult to set up, and I had to call customer service. Customer service wasn't good at all, and had me on the phone for hours with no good resolution. Ultimately, I returned this router and bought a D-Link again (with much better results and MUCH better US based customer service).

Buy a linksys

Would not acquire IP and could not login to it. GSP'd for a Linksys. Linksys is better and has prioritization, a nifty feature if you have people hogging the bandwidth at the house.
