Tried setting up to app once connected would not update firmware so reset cam started all over now it won’t even be noticed by app when searching for the camera so can’t update and won’t work with app.

Works amazing, in the first week it was installed it came in handy. A car sideswiped us and we were able to pull up the footage for insurance claims.

used to have a rexing front and rear dash cams,went looking for a better dash cam and the salesman at best buy showed me a new dash came made by (NextBase) a company from England.Much better front and rear dash cam,Had best buy installed it,did a great job.The picture quality is a whole lot better than rexing cam.

I am very happy with this NextBase camera. I also purchased the rear camera (mounted on rear window). This is my third vehicle camera brand, and it is the best one I’ve had. No issues and works better than I anticipated. Very happy with this. Been using it daily for nearly a month.

This is the absolute worst dashcam. Battery life is extremely short not more than 5 minutes on a full charge, then it drains to no charge at all. The app does not connect (iOS), Bluetooth and/or WIFI are not recognized at all. I tried everything, including resetting the device and looking online for help. I followed the instructions step by step and it still will not connect. I wasted several hours of my time trying to figure it out. I will be taking it back for a refund.

I'm so glad I bought this camera now I feel like I'm prepared if something happens out on the road. It was easy to set up and install and not at all as daunting as I thought it would be. its positioned so It doesn't block my view but yet it still will do what I need it to do.

Complete crap, I purchased this item on 04/20/21. It doesn’t come with a memory card so I bought one at the same time and got a really good one however after installing it would record for a minute or two then stop. No warning, no notice, nothing. A dash camera doesn’t do any good if it’s not recording or stops recording randomly for no reason. After playing with it for a day or two I was about to return it however doing research online I see there is a known issue with this brands dash cams as they only work with there own brands memory cards. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t just come with one if it had to be a specific one. So after doing some research online I was able to purchase one and have it mailed out. It took about a week to arrive and then I had to format it and install it and it seemed to be working fine…. Now here we are 4 months later and it has stopped working 100%. It cuts on sometimes and other times it won’t cut off at all but it doesn’t record at all. When the car comes on it don’t start recording, Press the record button and it records for one second and then stops, reformat the card then press the record button again still records for one second and then stops, Press the reset button on the bottom of the device still only records for one second, I also tried a firmware update, A completely different memory card as well as anything else I can think of. Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy and I didn’t even get it working due to waiting in the memory card within that time frame. I purchased this item when it was still $249.99 and it worked for about four months what a rip off. Buyer beware go with any other brand other then next base let my mistake be a lesson for anyone looking to buy one.

However, it does not stop when removed from mount and the battery never charges fully and seems to have “memory” right out of the box After turning the camera off it will turn it self on within 5 seconds even when sitting perfectly still

Awesome and dependable. Videoing while driving. Instant picture and video lock in case of accident. Bought for insurance and proof. If being struck by another vehicle at fault. Since I’m mostly a single occupant in vehicle.

This is a very good item, the image is clear. It has a removable storage memory for more space if needed. It can connect to Wifi so you can see it from anywhere. This is my second purchase as I liked the first one so much

Good dash camera. I'm thinking in buying another one for my wife.

1st one froze after 3 weeks. Touch screen non responsive. Also purchased rear camera and it no longer would also not display in view window. Sensed this camera would be difficult because during install software update took 45 minutes. Took it back for second one. Second camera software update would not install (via my Samsung S8). Gave it a generous 60 minutes while it just kept hourglassing. Rear camera would AGAIN not display even though software update not needed for that to happen. Lastly, app would not connect to my phone for viewing. Again, software update not needed for that to be operational (because update screen said update not necessary for camera to be operational.) I spent 2 HOURS attempting to set up the 1st one, 2 HOURS on the second one. My patience has run out; I'm done w/ Nextbase. Going back to Anker Roav...

i bought this to replace an older Cobra dash cam that finally died. The casing is really solid an of good quality. The picture is outstanding. And the setup was easy. The additional downloadable app is great to allowing you to manage videos from your phone.

good product , fast product , very very easy to use

Good quality video , but very difficult to pull files off the camera. Support is very poor and difficult to reach for help. I was on hold for more than 1 hour twice.

easy to mount front and rear camera the only thing that takes some time is running the wiring for the power to the front and rear camera and I had it lock up on me once ended up pushing the reset button but otherwise it's been working great

i had this model for a little over a year and its a good cam the only bad experience i had with it was the night time the video was not that good lights shown was blurry and background was pretty dark but during the day it was perfect and clear

I bought this dash cam for my mothers car and she absolutely loves it I had the same one in my previous car and I loved everything about it great Quality works amazing every time
