I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues connecting your 322GW. I would recommend checking the Settings on your phone to ensure they are correctly set up. Please see the below for your particular phone:
iPhone: On your iPhone, go into Settings- MyNextbase- Background Refresh Data- Ensure this is turned on. If you see 'Location' this must also be set to 'Always'.
Then go to your MyNextbase Connect app and click on the menu in the top left of the app home screen. Select App Settings and turn on ‘Enable Low Resolution Downloads'.
Android: On your phone, go into Settings- Apps- MyNextbase- Notifications- Ensure these are set to On. Then go back one screen to Permissions and ensure these are also turned on.
Then go to your MyNextbase Connect app and click on the menu in the top left of the app home screen. Select App Settings and turn on ‘Prefer Wi-Fi Direct Downloads’, ‘Allow analytics’ and ‘Enable Low Resolution Downloads'.

She had an older model that was becoming unreliable. I already have one and I wanted her to have one. I have never had an issue with it and wanted my daughter to have the same.

Wouldn’t recommend

My brother had an accident and when I went to pull the video from the SDcard, it said the files had 0gb. I pulled the camera out of the car and it looks like the camera itself cannot even load the menu and I am stuck on the logo blue screen. Tried resetting and everything. It’s been a little over a year. Finally when we need to use the camera, it doesn’t work. And it’s not a cheap purchase for something that I bought that short of time ago. With that being said, I would recommend someone shop for a different product. Now I’m worried that when I finally need this caméra, mine won’t work either.

SD cards only have limited lifespans. In our manuals we recommend formatting every 2-3 weeks to prolong the life of the card. Without this regular formatting, or if the card is non-compatible or damaged, the card could corrupt which would cause a failure of data writing.
Symptoms of SD card failure are: an audible 'alarm' tone, non-functional buttons, freezing, corrupted files on playback, image missing from files, lack of file recording etc.
Are you using a Nextbase SD card? Has the card been formatted regularly throughout use?

What a Clear Picture

I bough this unit because of all the hit & runs that are taking place these days. two of my kids have both been involved in a hit/run. Since I spend so much time on the road with my job, this dash cam unit only made sense. I recommend this unit, it seems like a well built unit.

Great Camera!

I bought this on sale to try out and see how this would work out and I must say this is definitely worth it! The picture is clear and the video quality is pretty darn good. It has GPS. The only con is that it only records max 3 minute loops but I can look past that.
