Clarity and pricing is a great starter high end equipment... very satisfied, easy to hookup

I paid someone to set this system up and put cameras up around the house and 3 months later the cameras stop working. I pay ANOTHER person to come out to see what's wrong and it's the power source. They do not provide a powerful and reliable enough power cable to keep the cameras running so I have to pay to have a new power box put on the cameras (which is not on the same one as the dvr) and now that box is out so a little over a year and I have NO working cameras. And the night vision is obsolete.

I have bought 6 cameras and I have a professional installed them. They work great, and the pictures are sharp. I can view them through my smart phone, tablet, and TV.

I purchased the 8 channel system that came with 4 cameras. I wasn't going to purchase any since I so call live in a nice area. My fence got tagged which really made me wish I had my cameras then. They work as it should. The only problem I have is since they are wide angle cameras. I had to adjust them so they don't pick up every car that drives by or pick up my neighbors property. I like that I can mask off areas not needed. Night vision works pretty good. I have a lot of light around my home so that helps. with no lights on. Night vision isn't bad. You can Zoom in using the DVR function. The app is awesome. You can playback with it. You just have to make sure you have good cell reception or connected to Wifi. There is a little lag when using the app which is ok as long as it works. The notifications on your phone works well. The camera picks up everything as small as a bug flying buy. Cameras have a clear picture. Night time is clear only if you have lights in that area. Over all I'm happy with the entire system

Nightowl truly puts out some great products and this one did not disappoint. With 720p, the image is clear and vivid to the extend that I can see blades of grass move in the wind. The night vision is no lie either, 100ft of a very clear picture in the pitch black. I have used footage from these cameras to ID individuals by their tattoos and clothing while the camera was in the night vision mode. Con: While the night vision does create a great picture in the dark, I do not think it is entirely uncommon for the night vision to go out in some of these cameras. I recently had one fail and it was beyond the period I could return it to BestBuy. My saving grace was Nightowl, which truly offers 24/7 tech support and resolved the entire situation.

easy to install, clear picture, the only bad thing is the phone app, it dissconnect most of the time, gives me headache when i try to turn the alarm off

Picture quality is superb crystal clear, night vision is really good even up to 100 feet, best part is you don't have to change your existing wires, it works with any cable.

These are great cameras I have them on my home and have installed on several customers homes. Very pleased.

Installed in one day! Completely compatible with my NightOwl 4 camera set up. Love the crystal clear, colorful video it gives...nighttime a little snowy but overall very happy with product.

Needed two more cameras to go on my system and these worked perfectly.

Worked great at first then lost the night vision. Daylight is clear and sharp. Contacted Night Owl - told me to swap out with working camera To see if it was the camera or the wire. Did that - was the camera - now cannot get night owl to respond to my emails. Only three months old - Poor service and poor equipment.

My husband and I have had this security camera for several years now. Have not had a problem. Good quality picture. The only thing I can say I wish was better, is the night vision. Picture can be grainy.

We updated our old system to Night Owl HD and decided to add more cameras. These cameras are not HD but will work with the system. Picture quality is nice, we have a good view and range of our backyard. We can now see what's going on all around the area we need to see the most as well as what our dogs are doing. Called Night Owl twice (had tech questions) and the customer service from the technicians was great. Always a plus when you can get Great customer service.

Good starter system for monitoring your house. Wish it's nighttime would pick up liscense plates but otherwise good

Overall image is good. Night vision isn't as good as I thought it would be. Maybe my expectations are too high.

This is nice add on for night owl camera systems. Everything included

clear for the price and does come with the charger when i originally purchased this at the store they had to order it but i asked about power supply they did not sell it. anyways bought one from amazon come to find out when i was ready to install it had one in the box. wish the best buy staff knew this now i had to go to hassle on sending back the power supply i ordered

I installed 2'cameras originally but I was so impressed with the quality of the picture and the ease to install I purchased 2 additional cameras they are outstanding
