Great Lens for close ups down to 6 inches

Problem is with my primary lens ( Nikkor 18-105, I can only get within about 18 inches before I lose focus. With this lens, I can get closer and get better detail than before.

Good Macro/General Purpose Lens

You can go from shooting extreme close ups to general photos without bothering to change lenses. Works well in low light conditions. It's sharp and has good color reception. Love it!

A fairly low price for a quality lens

Wonderful And Affordable Macro Lens

I have used it a lot for botanical shots, works wonderfully. It is a very economically priced piece of equipment that yields fantastic results! Definitely recommended!

Comparable to my 35mm 1.8G as far as portraits are concerned... But also the macro abilities which are so fun and amazing to shoot with! Highly recommended! Just buy it!
