Good lens for beginners. Easy to use and good for macro shots.

Great lens for the price. I shoot with it often. I would recommend getting a lower f-stop (1.4) if you prefer more of a bokeh background.

This is a great lense for the price. I found other lenses that did not have as many features that cost 30-50% more.

Photography is great volitions and I particulary like to take close ups of things like flowers. Problem is with my primary lens ( Nikkor 18-105, I can only get within about 18 inches before I lose focus. With this lens, I can get closer and get better detail than before.

Works great. Bought it a year ago and have used it almost everyday.

After using this lens for a while, I find it quite useful. You can go from shooting extreme close ups to general photos without bothering to change lenses. Works well in low light conditions. It's sharp and has good color reception. Love it!

I haven’t had a chance to use this lens for long but I really have had a lot of fun taking some real clear close ups of flowers and other items. A fairly low price for a quality lens

This lens works great. Takes crystal clear photos with my Nikon D7200. I have used it a lot for botanical shots, works wonderfully. It is a very economically priced piece of equipment that yields fantastic results! Definitely recommended!

This is a must have lens! Great focal length. Comparable to my 35mm 1.8G as far as portraits are concerned... But also the macro abilities which are so fun and amazing to shoot with! Highly recommended! Just buy it!

A great lens. Its easy to use, and build an amateur's confidence. I had to go twice to Best Buy to pick up the item. The ship to store was a little sketchy.

This is a great macro lens, and it can also be used as a prime lens. My interest in macro photography is new, but the lens seems perfect for anyone from beginner to enthusiast.

Havent gotten to play around with it yet, but am excited to!! Took time to research my options, was a good fit for what I wanted.

I bought this lens as my general purpose replacement for the jit lens on my D7200 as well as for macro / slide duplication. It clearly shines as a macro lens, a little bit short. Macro images are particularly beautiful. Inexpensive, sharp focusing and good contrast make this a useful DX lens.
