This camera is awesome. The zoom on it is especially nice and the pictures come out so clear. You can even take pictures in black and white. I really love this camera!!

I had a $450 Sony Camera that broke and didn't take nearly the quality of pictures that the Nikon does and for a fraction of the price. Great Camera.

I like fast reaction time/Flash/and the picture quality but there are some things that I didn't Graphics: it was old school. the UI need to be imrpoved on this camera. Thickness: It's little thick compare to cannon's other 14.1MP models Charging: There is no charging dock and I need to pull the wire and plug in to the camera. It's tiny and I have to open a rubber cover which it seems like it will break soon Screen: It's only 2.7 and It's somewhat too small. couldve better with 3.0~3.5"

This camera has a lot of features and I truley like the panarama setting very neat. Be careful in humid areas as ours went a little haywire in Hawaii from moisture. It worked great after it dried out. Wish it had a little more zoom. The zoom adjuster is a little hard to work with my big fingers. Overall happy with the purchase.

I've had the computer less than a month, but I am enjoying it very much. It is very easy to just "point and shoot", and I hope to be able to learn more of the features as I go along with it. It is compact enough to take into places that you can't use a larger camera, and the picture quality is great.

I'm not a great picture taker and this camera is just right for me. I love it.

Fresh out of the box, this camera didn't operate as promised. Lag time between photos was ridiculously long and shutter responsiveness was also extremely disappointing. I know how to play with shooting modes and none could capture my active toddler. When the lens cover also malfunctioned it went into the shop (at my mailing expense.) After a month it was finally returned--still unresponsive and now the internal menu options were messed up (ability to change megapixel resolution was no longer available!) To top it off, the camera didn't even turn on reliably. I have to dig my fingernail into power button up to 7 times before it will turn on and it regularly flips off before I can even take a shot. Customer service was apologetic but refused to go "off script" to make the executive decision to replace my camera. Instead I am without my camera AGAIN while it gets another trip to the Nikon repair shop. I guess I will miss taking photos of Baby's Christmas while Nikon attempts to repair a camera that they had in their shop just a month ago. If you want a trust-worthy device to capture your family memories...avoid the Nikon S6000 like the plague.

Pull it out and turn it on and start shooting great pictures!

good camera for beginner, or veteran. takes great pictures, no problems with it.

My husband is a big Nikon fan, so when I showed up to his army basic training graduation with it, he was so excited! I've suffered for years with mediocre (at best!) pictures from important events and trips. I have beautiful pictures now from one of the most important events in our lives.

Mu daughter loves her Camera for a great features and easy usage.

Easy to use, good price, however I had to return it for repair 6 days after the 30-day exchange period because I got a lens error. :-(

Great for capturing my son and his first moments like holidays and events. Still getting used to all the various features and have to review how to download picture to my computer for prints.

i like the short shutter lag time. the image is captured almost instantly when the button is pressed.

Would buy again. Will not do any more of these surveys due to the annoying messages while trying to submit them.

We're glad that a store associate made the suggestion to us to consider this camera. It was a gift for our son and he has assured us that he is extremely pleased with it.

I like its small size. I can put it in my pant pocket. I have not tried all the features.

My first Nikon camera is buried under 2 feet of snow some where in South Dakota.....this camera is a replacement and i love it so far
