Not for the beginning photographer

An expensive camera for beginners

An expensive one. I’m used to my full frame camera. I found limited options when I use manual settings. The biggest gripe is that the image size is only 2.5-3MB. If I crop a hair from the picture, it becomes less than a MB. It’s just an image that’s good enough to display on the computer, definitely not printing quality. The best feature is the zoom. Yes, you can take a picture of the bird from afar. But you’d better have a tripod. With a powerful zoom, even when I held my breath, it’s hard to not shift. The shutter speed is slow. Most likely I’ve moved since I pressed the shutter and the picture is no longer centered. I’ll keep the camera and hope to use it for take bird pictures. But I like the real full frame camera better. They take better quality photos.
