This package deal was a great one for the money. The camera is a great all-around, high-quality camera. With the added bonuses of the extra lens, the camera bag, memory card, and lens/cleaner/etc kit, it's a fantastic bargain.

I bought this camera for my wife but also for myself because up to this point we only had our phones and a couple of point and shoot cameras.  We really enjoy this camera after we have learned how to use it (which also means you have to learn how to use the lens also.)  The camera works great for all types of shots and if you look at what the lens cost to buy separately this was a really good deal when I bought it. The camera is easy to use and provides professional shots that will look like you had them professionally done. Great Camera.

Purchased this for a Christmas present for my wife. She is a beginner's beginner when it comes to photography and this will be a good start for her. I figured we could always upgrade the body if she becomes more involved in Photography. The camera takes great photos so far, is extremely light weight, and her favorite feature is the digital bridge that sends a smaller version of the photos to her cell phone. I would certainly recommend for someone who wants better than a smartphone camera but is just getting into photography.

Lots of features, notably the option to send pics from cam to device via Nokia app instantaneously. Picture quality is nice and for the price point, it's the perfect camera for anybody looking for a solid camera platform.

Loving this camera!! Haven't taken a lot of pictures, but did take some jewelry pictures with it and it was great. It's lighter than my old Canon which is nice as I have neck and shoulder issues. And I absolutely love the Bluetooth feature! I take pictures - activate the SnapBridge app on my phone and the pictures download right away. Then I can post them to FB, text them, do anything I want with them. Since all of my phone photos backup to Google Photos, they go there right away and I never have to worry about losing them.

I bought this camera for my wife right before our daughter was born so we could have something to remember the day and all the pictures have been absolutely wonderful and neither of us know anything about taking pictures.

I recently had a nikon cool pix L840, and my husband upgraded me to this. This is amazing since it's my first dslr camera. It works so similar to the cool pix other than manual focus. Being a beginner I enjoy the similar use to this camera straight or of the box much easier to focus that auto cameras. Great built on Camera features along with the simple app to upload automatically pics you've taken to your phone! I would recommend this camera to anyone. For the simple fact that it's easy to use and delivers great pictures.

My first DSLR, I am so amazed by the quality of the pictures ... can't believe I waited sooooo long to make this purchase. I love how quickly the pictures transfer to my iPad, no trouble keeping it connected via Bluetooth.

Love that this set includes 2 lenses... such a great value for your money. The camera is easy to use with lots of great features. Light weight too, which is a plus. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal!

I have wanted a DSLR camera for several years now. I had played around with a friends camera that is an older version of this camera. I'm in love! I love the ability to connect to an app on my phone and view pictures that way. I originally thought I didn't need a second lens but since it came with the camera it was an added bonus! I'm still learning how to use all the new settings and features but so far I've gotten great shots. Also love the red color. My husband wasn't fan, but I've gotten so many compliments on it!

We were looking a starter camera for our son and this one has lots of great features without the huge price. It’s the perfect fit for someone who wants to take nice pictures and videos without breaking the bank.

The camera is easy to use. Light weight and takes amazing pictures. The extra items are a plus. Very happy. Worth all the money.

I bought this camera for both personal video and photography. The camera is fantastic, the images come back crisp, and it is very easy to use. I love the wifi feature, but do note that it only works with photos, videos do not automatically transfer. The other thing I wasn't made aware of was that there is no 3.5mm headphone jack so you are unable to connect an external microphone when recording video. Other than that, it is an awesome camera and I would definitely recommend it.

As a beginner with a DSLR, I was not confident at first. However, now 8 months later I've gained some confidence and even with the auto settings the pictures are excellent, with wonderful detail, depth and colour.

This camera is amazing! It takes incredible photos and isn't incredibly difficult to set up. The nikon software could be better, it only either sends a 2mb version or the full version to the phone via bluetooth, so if you want different options on that you'll have to do it manually, but it still shows up great on my phone. The shutter is a little loud so I wouldn't advise taking that adorable picture of significant other and cat sleeping together in the room unless they're both deep enough sleepers that a quick noise won't wake them up. all and all though it's a great camera. I just wish the lenses weren't so expensive, but you get the quality!

Bought this camera before a vacation and essentially learned to use it in the few days before leaving and while on the trip. Fairly simple to use and an inexpensive way to get some high quality shots. There are definitely better cameras for more money, but as a novice in this area, I see nothing wrong with this one for someone who wants to learn and shoot pictures with better quality than your average point and shoot camera or cell phone.

The camera that I purchased works very well. It takes clear sharp pictures for different occasions. It’s especially good to have if you have little ones in the house that way you can capture every moment.

I decided I wanted to start taking more photos. Something more than just on my phone. I read the reviews and gave this camera a shot. Amazing pictures and everyone is complimenting them. Absolutely love!!
