I got this camera for my sister so she can take photos of her daughter and she absolutely loves it! She has never used a camera before so it’s really easy for her to figure out the functions and even with just the automatic mode works great for her. The Bluetooth connection is awesome too, so you can get your photos instantly to your phone. I would definitely recommend this camera for a great beginning camera or if you just want to capture daily moments.

Nikon - D3400 is a nice entry-level camera. This bundled camera package (18-55 mm lens and 70-00 mm lens) for this price is a great deal because it allows you to take your photography to next level.

I'm new in the camera market, and after reading several reviews and looking around I found this camera to be a great buy for someone new & for the price. I like to do a lot of hiking, and this camera is perfecr for my trips. It's not too heavy, takes amazing quality pictures, & is overall a lot of fun to use and play with. The only downside I will say is the app & Bluetooth connection need a little work, but don't let that dissuade you from this camera...it is awesome!

This is my first DSLR camera. I purchased to replace an ancient point and shoot. I take photos of homes and properties for my real estate business and need brilliant photos to post on the web.

Camera is great quality, however the 75-100mm lens that came in the pack is not automatically stabilized. Despite that, for the price it was a great deal, and the 18-55mm lens works great :)

I bought this camera for my wife for Christmas. She had been dropping not-so-subtle hints for months that she wanted a DSLR camera. Neither of us are camera buffs, so I checked the reviews and this one seemed to be a reasonably priced entry level option and the bundle with the 300 mm lens and memory card sealed the deal. My wife loves it. We have not explored all of the options and are by no means able to speak to the technical components, but this camera seems to check all of OUR boxes on ease of use, versatility, and price point. I dropped a star because I noticed that the pics don't seem to POP as I would have expected. I am chalking this up to our inexperience and lack of knowledge with adjusting the settings. So it loses a star for out-of-the-box lack of brilliance.

The D3400 with the two lens kit has proven to be a GREAT buy! I have been tired of carrying my heavy SLR for some time so I have been shooting a high end point and shoot with great results. I sold my heavy 5 year old SLR and bought this lightweight unit which has most of the bells and whistles. SLR's have a much more rapid fire than most point and shoots and this unit is no different. Want a great camera for the price?? Grab this one with the two lens kit.

I got this camera during thanksgiving and I am a beginner for DSLRs but this was very easy to use. Came with 1 additional lens and have captured some great pictures using this camera.

The camera and accessories I received came in a timely manner, shipping notifications were sent regularly, and it has everything I needed and wanted. I like the added bonus of a 20 minute online tutorial from Nikon School online. I haven't had a chance to use the camera very much yet, but am excited to use it and learn more.
