    I really love my new Nikon but there is a limited number of lenses for the new mount. This little guy lets me use all the old lenses on the new camera. Once I get all new lenses I wont need this anymore but not all my favorite lenses are available in the new connections yet so until then I will use the old stuff with the new camera with this adapter.

    Works exactly as it should and is quite sturdy. Can adapt most Nikon and third party lenses. If your lens requires an in camera focus motor you will lose auto-focus. These lenses are also called "screw drive" and are identified with a small flange item that looks like a flat head screw. Some lenses will become completely manual.

    I was, initially, a little wary of the idea of having to buy new lenses for my Z6. However, the lenses I use on my D5300 and D7200 operate perfectly with this mount adapter.

    During the brief time I owned this adapter I tested a few Nikon G lenses and they all worked flawlessly. I'm deducting a star because it's too bulky and makes the camera look ugly and uncomfortable.

    This purchase was no brainer for me as BB knocked off $150 from the list price when purchased with the Z6ii camera body. I wished the free bundle was available as it was with the Z6 last year, but $99 to keep using my F lenses is savings in my pocket, not needing to replace my whole lens collection.
