This camera is everything advertised! Excellent footage, battery life is great! I needed this to record footage of machine operations and material movement, and I can see everything! The software is very cumbersome to connect to the camera, but that will get better with updates. Great purchase.

I recently took a road trip through eight states and used the camera to record the passing scenery, which freed me up to pay attention to the road ahead. Reviewed the captured video each night and stored best scenery to disk backup.

So to start i had to call support to get it connected to my Phone.. YES a 360 camera that requires a PHONE to be configured and operated. So besides requiring the Phone to connect to the Camera via WiFi to be used.. Here is where it fails. No live Streaming. 360 Pictures not recognized as 360 pictures. Delay on picture 3 seconds.. That means you cant just take a picture.. Oh yea you cant just turn it on you have to start recording.. to get it on.. What? yea To be honest this was a joke of a camera... Took it to disney only to leave it in the box and user me iphone for pano 360... Oh wait one more thing low light was like no light.. so if it is not day light it doesnt work at all.. I whish i could say something good about the camera... but nikon should be embarrassed.

Can't do much with the software. They need to improve it!

So I kinda bought this on a whim and have been in love ever since. With my VR headset, I can relive the videos and pictures I took. Cant wait for my phone quality to catch up to the camera.

A great new way to show others whats going on around you. The only downside is the software that comes with it but its a new technology and the kinks will get fixed soon.

I love this product. Amazing 4k recording and high quality image. The application needs improvements but the camera will exceeded your expectations

The camera works great, and it is amazing. The only problem is the mobile app, it's unreliable, it doesn't work well. I hope they fix that soon.

Unlike many reviewers, I haven't had an problems pairing the 360 to my phone. Maybe it's because I'm using a Samsung S7 Edge, or maybe because I followed the instructions on initial pairing. Anyways, after initial pairing/re-pairing, i can turn the camera off and back on and it always reconnects to the Snapbridge 360/170 app in seconds without any glitches. I haven't used this camera a whole lot yet, but it works great!

Software and app did not work well. Discontinuity witnessed in the image. Not good

I use this for everything from behind the scenes to live shows.

This is a fun little camera. But it won't stand up on its own very well it sort of a weeble.

It truly is a 360 camera. It however is a pain connecting to the app

I returned it before I used it. After reading more reviews I discovered that the GoPro devices were much better than the Nikon brand of action cameras. I am very happy with my go Pro and feel that Nikon may have some work to do in this genre. Can’t live without my GoPro.

Looks nice, built well, just isn't ready for prime time.

This took me a few hours to sync my iOS device to the application. And trust me, I'm pretty proficient in mobile and tech. The quality is substandard and the application is not very intuitive. Good try though, Nikon. Stick to DSLRs. :-/

Great little camera to get started taking photos or videos with 360 metadata. Takes a little time learning how to use the app but once you figure it out works like a charm!

The hardware is solid but the companion app never allowed me to connect. I spent 3 hours looking online for help after which I returned it. DO NOT BUY.

Sometimes once in a while the colors start bugging a little bit but allways try to clean the lences

I like the camera a lot. The only problem is that take long time to connect with the app.
