    I was a little late to the air fryer cooking trend but I couldn’t be more pleased with the Ninja dual cook air fryer. The build quality is great, it takes up less real estate on the counter than expected. It is easy to use and even easier to clean. I cook a variety of dishes and I don’t have any complaints. I appreciate the multi function options. I am looking forward to trying the dehydrator. I will buy another one for my mom.

    I ordered this as a Christmas present. When it was opened up we found out it was missing parts (the meat thermometer). Best Buy requires me to package it back up and return it for an exchange to get the part that should already be in the box that they sold to me. I will not be buying from Best Buy again. They never should have sold me an item that did not have all the parts in the box, and to fix it they should ship me the missing part at no charge. Poor customer service.

    Next to an oven and microwave, I think the air fryer is the most useful cooking device. I've only cooked a few things so far but I've been using it nearly every day because it has the convenience of a microwave except for cleaning the bins out which is easy, easier than cleaning a microwave. You can check on the food unlike a pressure cooker so you can start with minimum recommended times and add more time if needed.
