    This item has exceeded my expectations. I'm finding new recipes almost daily and they are awesome. Love that I can set both baskets to separate times and temps. Used to have the oven-style air fryer and just didn't think it was that great. Definitely recommend this one!

    I ordered this as a Christmas present. When it was opened up we found out it was missing parts (the meat thermometer). Best Buy requires me to package it back up and return it for an exchange to get the part that should already be in the box that they sold to me. I will not be buying from Best Buy again. They never should have sold me an item that did not have all the parts in the box, and to fix it they should ship me the missing part at no charge. Poor customer service.

    This thing is absoltely dope, the individual trays have their own cleanouts which makes cleaning this a breeze, and well as being able to cook 2 seperate items at the same time, and set them to complete at the same time is an absolutely amazing feature.
