    We've had 3 different air fryers over the past few years. This is by far the most temperature accurate. The smart finish feature is amazing!

    I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the duality of the air fryer and what it is supposed to do. It comes across a little confusing and trying to balance both can be confusing as well unless you are cooking the same thing and then it can run simultaneously. Outside of that it cleans very well.

    Right before warranty went out, the thing went to junk. Set liner on fire, meant for specific air fryer, digital screen started to go out, the list goes on.

  • Does Not Cook Both Sides at the same time.

    I really wanted to like this product, it heats flawlessly and quickly. However, I feel the dual-zone is a lie. It does not hit both sides at one time and I feel this is the whole point of a dual-air fryer. Cook both sides evenly. For this reason, I took It back, but it is a great air fryer.

    Wish the baskets would have come with shelves or racks. They are deep but doesn't help when trying to do smaller items

    My air came without the meat thermometer. The amount you pay for ninja products, all items should be checked before shipping. Makes me wonder if the item i purchased had been returned and resold.

    Put the same type and amount of food on both sides. Left side burns the food right side undercooks it. Final straw was when it melted an outlet cover. Had my last air fry in the same exact spot and that never happened.

    It’s not a good air fryer. The food comes so dry for an advice don’t buy this style. If you do try to return it before the return time (15days)
