Does Not Cook Both Sides at the same time.

I really wanted to like this product, it heats flawlessly and quickly. However, I feel the dual-zone is a lie. It does not hit both sides at one time and I feel this is the whole point of a dual-air fryer. Cook both sides evenly. For this reason, I took It back, but it is a great air fryer.

My air came without the meat thermometer. The amount you pay for ninja products, all items should be checked before shipping. Makes me wonder if the item i purchased had been returned and resold.

Put the same type and amount of food on both sides. Left side burns the food right side undercooks it. Final straw was when it melted an outlet cover. Had my last air fry in the same exact spot and that never happened.

Love this air fryer with two compartments allowing me to cook two different things at the same time.

Right before warranty went out, the thing went to junk. Set liner on fire, meant for specific air fryer, digital screen started to go out, the list goes on.

Did not get what I ordered instead I was horrified after gifting to watch my gift be opened to what seemed to be used and broken item! Then took to Best Buy asap but they wouldn’t return it like that as if I tried taking it back after months of using it was literally days & it got delivered to me later than supposed to
