    Considering the price, it doesn't deliver. The cooking takes longer than expected and it's not as uniform as it's advertised. If only oil spray is used, the food is dryer and less flavorful (I compared fries in the air fryer with those made in a convection oven, side by side). The smart cooking technology is essentially a timer that delays (and hence synchronizes) the cooking start for one of the two baskets based on the required time for the food in each basket. Lot's of "big words", but not much substance. If one has a convection oven this is not a must-have, especially considering that the space in the drawers is limited. I did not try the dry food function yet, that may be a nice feature to have. It also makes less smoke/smell/heat that a conventional oven. I would give it 3 stars, but I took one more out because of the, in my opinion unjustifiable, much higher price compared to other models.

    Oh WOW, my husband is the cook an had fallen in love with this Ninja. And I'm very impressed as to how the food come out. So far, PERFECT! He has used the small one for a long time but we needed the bigger double basket. Well worth any price in my book!

    I will first say this is the first air fryer I have ever owned that being said I have thoroughly enjoyed it. After a couple years worth of use it now shuts off on its own in the middle of cooking warranty time is over. No idea what to do now.

    Add 20 min when cooking both baskets. Defeats the purpose of being able to cook 2 things. Forget the thermometer. Dont trust it. Im regretting this purchase.

    I bought an air fryer to pick up in 2 days and I've been waiting for 7 days. I'm sorry I can't give it more stars, at least Best Buy will reward me. That was a New Year's gift and today is January 3rd. What do you think?
